"The price was about $90000 for 575 square feet and it included everything. It turned out great and the guy we dealt with was good. I would definitely recommend him. They got everything done on time. They also followed up on any issues that came up afterwards without any problems. They cleaned up the general space of the building everyday. "

"We were and continue to be so happy with their fine work. Their expertise in all areas ? cabinet installation, tiling, etc. was always professional. They were wonderful to deal with ? advising us on design decisions and ways to save money. And their costs were absolutely competitive. We interviewed several potential contractors and their prices were among the fairest ? especially impressive considering the very high quality of their work.
We can?t recommend highly enough."

"It did not go well. They were very unprofessional with their behavior in my home. They made a mess; they sod the stone in my living room with out covering anything. They dropped stone and had to come three times to install a window sill properly. "

"From the get-go Bill was super responsive and always pleasant. His demeanor and honesty made the entire process enjoyable. He was very helpful in coaxing from me the exact design and working with me (a remodeling first-timer) to help pick out the details (from the right materials to the right lighting). I was worried about not using a designer on such a large project but Bill's feedback and guidance made it easy and the results are phenomenal and well worth the money spent.
He was always very proactive in engaging with me to understand my preferences and walking me through the process - including always returning phone calls within 12 hours and sending me daily updates during the work via email. He and his crew were super respectful and took pains to properly protect my apartment and my things and completed the work efficiently with proper care and respect to details.
I am ecstatic with how the job turned out and can't wait to start work with Bill on the other projects I'm interested in doing to my new apartment."

"I used A.Y.C. Group previously when I renovated my apartment. This time I wanted to surprise my mother on her 60th birthday with a complete kitchen renovation. I needed everything to work perfectly in order for the surprise to work as my mother was on vacation for two weeks and everything had to be completed in that time frame. Zoltan and his men came through as expected. It is the second time I am left totally impressed with A.Y.C. Group's professionalism, quality of workmanship and attention to detail. While it is one thing that I was impressed with the project when it was completed, but seeing my Mom cry upon entering her kitchen was priceless. She is extremely particular about everything and she had no criticism at all about any part of the work (it is a small miracle in itself). I am grateful to everyone at A.Y.C. for all they have done to make this birthday the most memorable day for my mother."

"Our apartment renovation took exactly 140 days from start to finish including holidays and weekends. The job started on time and ended on time. Weekly project meetings were held. Renovation pre-war buildings is a challenge and Champion was able to solve each problem that arose; i.e. the architect designed the kitchen ceiling incorrectly. , the foreman, identified the problem immediately, redrew the plan, and corrected the problem to our complete satisfaction. He did this time and time again."

"It began well enough but Mr. disappeared before the job was complete. The work he did was of poor quality; he somehow damaged my plumbing so I now have no cold water at all in the adjacent bathroom and very low water pressure in the kitchen sink. He installed the wrong granite countertop (should have been "bull nose") and it cannot be repaired without removing the entire piece. He did not complete the installation, left me with a hole in my wall and missing backsplash and unfinished cabinet doors. His "work" will now cost me an extra $1000+ as I need to hire a plumber and carpenter."

"We moved into an apartment that needed renovation. My wife and I chose because of his Angie's List rating, telephone conversations with previous clients and a reasonable price. My building required city permits for both plumbing and electrical work as well as approval from the building management company. Although it took some effort to get the approval, and his contractors had a positive attitude and ultimately helped us get approved. 's crew basically redid our kitchen other than preserving a few cabinets. They did a great job. They removed our flooring and appliances, waterproofed the floor, leveled the floor, installed new tile and made the floor look great! Then they moved onto the cabinetry. The cabinetry required changes to accommodate new appliances. They did good woodwork, and when changes had to be made that were minor, they were accommodating and didn't try to nickle and dime me on cost. Next, they installed new appliances and hooked them up. My wife and I are very happy with the kitchen now thanks to 's crew's good work. In addition, they installed a new wall to make one room become two rooms. They installed the wall quickly and did a thoughtful job in rebuilding the moldings. Then, they replaced tiling in our bathroom and did a great job on that project as well. Lastly, they helped us replace a medicine cabinet and removed old fixtures from a closet. Throughout the project, replied quickly to my emails, was friendly and professional. I'm very happy I gave a call and RECOMMEND HIM!"

"I found on Angie's List at the beginning of the summer, and called to see if he would be available to renovate the kitchen in my condo before the beginning of Sept. Despite being very busy, he agreed to take a look and came over the next day. We met for over an hour, and discussed the general aesthetic I was looking for, a possible schedule, and a basic estimate. managed to fit me in between two larger jobs; he said he could it for $12,000-$13,000 for labor and in 2-3 weeks. I was hopeful, but somewhat doubtful that he could turn it around that quickly without going over budget. He directed me towards vendors he had used successfully in the past, and together we selected cabinets by Merillat. I ordered tile and appliances on my own, but consulted with throughout the process to make sure everything would work together. , and Rusty started a day earlier than we planned, which was fantastic given the tight timetable. From the first day I was amazed at their pace, while still being very thoughtful, careful, and thorough. The demolition of all the existing cabinetry, tile, and removal of appliances took one day. organized for everything in decent shape to be donated to Habitat for Humanity, and for a hauling company to remove all the other debris. Over the next ten days I watched as they carefully, cheerfully, and skilfully reframed my kitchen and hung drywall, sorted out the electrical puzzle in the walls, replaced all my outlets and switches, cleaned up the plumbing disaster I inherited from previous owners, and built a bulkhead along one wall to hide an electrical meter, with an access panel for reading it when necessary. Throughout all of this potentially dusty, loud, dangerous work they were extremely tidy, organized, efficient and careful. They poured incredibly beautiful platinum-colored concrete countertops on-site in my apartment, which was surreal to watch. They are absolutely breathtaking, and a real work of art. When the cabinets came they were as excited to see them as I was. They took inventory of the delivery and laid the pieces out very before starting, and everything was installed completely in a day and half. There are a lot of glass/metal accents and they handled them perfectly. As the appliances I had ordered (on line) arrived, they helped me get them in the building and do the installation. It's worth mentioning that also helped me deal with several less-than-helpful delivery people, and kept everything moving despite some friction. The tile and re-finishing an iron I-beam that runs through the kitchen were completed in two days, and they did a BEAUTIFUL job. had the idea of re-finishing the beam to match a metallic tile accent we used, and it turned out perfect. They spent the last day painting the entire area and patching a few places in the floor. They came every day, from 8:00 to 5:00 and worked hard the whole time."

"They were unbelievably helpful. First, they are not a distributor and generally do not sell to private homeowners. They prefer to interact with a licensed contractor. I recommend involving your contractor. Sanjay, , and Lalo were all tremendously helpful -- much more than would be warranted on a Friday afternoon well after closing. They had the tiles I had seen at the home improvement store(but they didn't carry the sizes I needed) and they were able to give me the sizes and amounts I needed. I don't think I've ever seen a wider selection of natural stone and they have both tiles and slabs. This is a class act operation and I highly recommend working with them through your contractor. The irony is I had to work directly with MSI because the distributor I had contacted was so egregiously unhelpful and suddenly decided (after 2 weeks) that they didn't work with private homeowners (which I suspect is a lie). Fortunately for me, MSI came to the rescue."
