He called me soon after and we scheduled an online fix-it session. The virus proved really intractable and we agreed to another session. We had to reschedule once due to schedules but at every contact, I reached a real person quickly and all calls were returned ASAP (he had also given me his cell # which he answered each time I called). The second session took longer than we had anticipated but the diligence and hard work of their technician finally paid off & the virus was removed. The technician willingly stayed on the phone with me while we checked several areas for functionality and went beyond the call of duty to assist when some software had to be reloaded. When all was said and done, I have only high praise for this outfit. Phones were answered by a person! Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite, friendly, competent and ACCESSIBLE.
