room of my apartment and you had no permission to take a rod from another room and replace a rod I have not
instructed you to replace. It will cost me significantly to contract several hours of labor
to remove and replace the tiles you damaged, several hours of further cleaning, and in tile removal the
surrounding good tiles will also at risk of damage and replacement.”
