"I had an odd experience with Carpet. I would use them again, but do feel I need to note the oddities. They arrived promptly the first day to give me an estimate and take the rugs if I liked the estimate. The estimate was good. The rugs are large and had not been cleaned in 10 years. We have a two year old child, two dogs, ...more and love to throw dinner parties. The carpets had their share of stains ranging from wine, to baby juice and yogurt, to dog markings. However, when they went to take the rugs, they did not have a COI, certificate of insurance, which is required by every

building (for the most part) before any company can do work, pick-up or deliver. The

salesperson did not have this, and therefore, the doorman told him he could not take the rugs. The

salesperson then got a bit nasty with my doorman, whom I love. I told him not to get upset, but to just come back with the COI. We needed to reschedule four times before the COI and weather (this was during the snow storms of the winter of 2010/11) all worked in our favor. The day the same salesperson finally came to pick up the rugs, something else was wrong. Instead of calling me, which he told the doorman not to do, he said he waited in his van for an hour and a half for his manager to figure things out and call me. When his manager did call me, after I had been waiting for close to two hours, I went downstairs to see where the salesperson was ... in his van sleeping. I finally ended up having my maintenance guys carry the rugs down and through the service entrance, which I could have done if he had only called me. I was not impressed. When it was time for my rugs to be delivered, I kept getting phone calls saying the date needed to be pushed back because one of the rugs was still being worked on. The person calling was very nice and apologetic. They date kept moving, and one time, they didn't even call to tell me when they didn't show. Finally, I received a call saying the rugs would be here on Feb. 28 at 1:00. That was fine, except the last agreed upon date had by March 1 at 1:00. To my shock, the arrived on Feb. 28 at 1:00. I even commented that I was impressed they came on time. The delivery person told me that was odd because his notes said to deliver between 3-5, but he was in the area and thought he would see if I was home. The good thing overall, my carpets look brand new! Even if the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism were not up to par, the Quality was excellent, and the price fine. I think they are worth a go if you aren't on a tight time frame."

"I loved the person that I worked with the first time but the second time was a disaster. They promised it on a certain date and then they didn't have it. It was in the warehouse being cleaned and I had to buy another carpet to replace it. They didn't really apologize and kept telling me that they would have never promised it. They didn't call back when ...more they said they were going to call back. It was not a good experience. The price was fine. I don't think I would use them again in the future. "

"The first time I asked them to come, they gave me a pick up time and were over an hour late. I had to reschedule. The second time I called to reschedule, they were supposed to call me back to let me know what time they would be here. They never did, but the guy showed up the next day to pick up the rugs. They said the rugs would be ready in a week. ...more I called after 10 days (I wasn't concerned about the delay). They couldn't find the rugs. Apparently, the rugs are sent to 1 800 RUG WASH which is a different company. They had no solution for me. I had to try and track down the guy who picked up the rugs (luckily he left his name and cell number). He tried to call 1 800 RUG WASH as well. After spending most of the morning in back and forth phone calls, they found the rugs and delivered them. At one point, the customer service woman told me that her forms said they delivered the rugs. The entire experience was very frustrating and I was afraid I would never see my rugs again. The rugs were nicely cleaned, but it doesn't make up for the disorganization of it all."

"This is the second time I have used . Each time I received a solid estimate of the cost up front and they arrived to pick up and deliver the rugs at the promised time. The rugs were cleaned very well. I had my rugs cleaned at the same time as I was doing some other renovations and I didn't want the rugs brought back until ...more the other work was done. Majestic will store your rugs for two months for no additional charge, and will store them longer than that for an additional 10% of the cleaning fee per month. Having them be able to keep my rugs for two months for no additional charge was a big help to me."

"They were fantastic. They came exactly when they said they would. They checked out the house and gave us an estimate which was fine. They also cleaned up after themselves. They put everything back where it belonged and everything was great. I was amazed at how well they did the job. "I was able to make an appointment to have someone come the very next day. The cleaner showed up on time and provided the services requested. I felt their prices were a bit high, but the service provided was good. I would recommend . "
