The Handle broke off the door of the fridge. The bottom of the handle looked like it had been soldered on. I took photos of the handle and after sending the photos to
( the owner and operator) he stated " I sent the photos to the company and they said it can't be fixed, you need a whole new door" I didn't want a whole new door BUT I BELIEVED HIM. ( I had no reason at that point not to.) After paying him with our Amex card which he insisted I had to do first, Delivery was eventually scheduled and time after time after time the delivery men did not show up. They always had a really good reason of course. However, I took days and days and days off to be there and they never came. Eventually, months later they finally showed up. Here's the kicker........
When they opened the box there was a new door BUT IT DIDN'T COME WITH A HANDLE!! That PART is separate. He offered to order me the handle at no charge. At that point I had had enough and said forget it.. Im not going to go through another 3 months of waiting etc. Weeks later I contacted him via email because i was not credited and he told me "i cant send it back fisher paykel will not credit us for parts.
At that point I contacted Fisher Paykel myself and was informed not only do they accept returns.. I DID NOT NEED A WHOLE NEW DOOR !! I sent ( fisher paykel) the same photos I sent
) and she sent me back a picture of the door handle and told and showed me how the piece was not soldered on but merely broken off inside.
The price of the handle was $92.00 The PRICE OF THE DOOR WAS NOT $625.00 it is $ 389.00.. Now of course I expect him to make some profit but THAT is just a darn RIPOFF!! He lied! There is no way he contacted Fisher Paykel like he said he did ( emails to prove every word I say on here) I did not need a whole new door. I JUST needed a handle!! I opened a case with Fisher Paykel so he could return the item and wrote him the case # and what he had to do. At that point I was even willing to pay the shipping fee back $120.00 ( which I will not pay now) just so I could get some of my $650 with the tax back) He emailed me back this " we bought thru our salesman & we already asked him to take back" This was on June 2nd !! I have filed a report with AMEX as well.
Since then, I have written him 4 more emails asking him what was going on because I have not received my credit nor has Fisher Paykel seen their part AND I have called him 3 times and he won't take my calls. My mom called him asking him to "do the right thing" and
HUNG UP ON HER.. This is NOT an honest person and his customer service skills are less than stellar. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, EVER!!!

contracts out to AM Trucking for Delivery & Installation. Worst experience ever. Attempt #1: Please note they don't give you any warning of what you may or may not need for installation to work, such as type and location of power outlet, type and location of hose leading to drainage, etc -- they use their first visit as "discovery" so then they can charge you to come back again! They left a big mess and broke the cabinets -- do not expect these guys to clean up after themselves! Do not expect them to repair what they break! Do not expect them to come with tools and flashlights -- they want you to have that stuff. Do not expect them to ask you before they move anything out of the cabinets or out of their way. Attempt #2: They gave me a 1-5pm time slot. I took off work to be there. They did not show up. I called to find out way -- they told me he'll be there 5:30pm. I told them not possible and why didn't you call me to tell me they'd be late? No reason. Attempt #3: They said they would come 1-5pm when I rebooked it and I scheduled work around that. Night before they called to say 11-3pm -- I said not possible I already took off work. When they came -- again a big mess. Charged me extra for a hose and claimed I lost the hose they left the last time. Dishwasher is NOT level -- they guy doesn't even carry a level? Their "receipt" was a e-mail print out with my address --
? They said on the phone they took cards -- they do not! Only cash & check. They said my fee was waived on the phone for the mess up last time -- it was not. Do not trust anything they say at AM Trucking! You spend $1800 on a dishwasher at AJ
and they sent poor service people and nickel and dime you along the way. Worst company ever. No pride.

They delivered it and broke the fan while installing it. They installed it in the wrrong place. Also, some pieces arrived bent and defective.
The installers ledt and said they were coming back with new pieces to complete the installation. I called them repeatedly and emailed them repeatedly and Metin Ozkuzy kept telling me that they were coming back and that the pieces were on order which was not tru because I never heard from them again. SO now I have a broken fan without the pieces ....I am fighting it with AMEX and will also take them to court.

Every time I spoke to someone at

over the phone, the individual appeared to resolved the situation, so that I felt "pleased." A questionnaire followed, which I had agreed to answer, asking how things went. I always used the highest rating.
However, soon afterward, whatever had been promised was not done. I did not receive the higher level service that I had requested. I was told more than once not to sign off on the delivery until the unit was installed and working, but the unit was not installed. In NYState, a plumber is required to be present at the installation of a dishwasher. One was promised, after a special call on my part, but none appeared, and I had to make installation arrangements on my own. I had to sign the paper about the delivery anyway, and we had to write in a special disclaimer that the unit had not been installed and proved to be working.
I decided to upgrade the unit after placing the order, and although they promised this would go smoothly, I was not charged except retroactively to the date of purchase about a month later. Not such a big deal, but it threw off some personal accounting arrangements I had made.
The dishwasher is now installed and working, but my complaint about

is that they were not honest on the phone; they promised things that they did not deliver and it caused me extreme discomfort, wondering how and if the unit would be installed correctly. Worse, they had these "dishonest" surveys right after my phone calls. I guess that ones who answered the phone were aware of this and would tell me that whatever I asked would be agreed to so that I would feel good at the end of the call.

That month morphed into an additional 13 months. Zuleima kept in contact with me. When the manufacture was going to have a price increase she called and with a small deposit she held the 2010 prices. When requested the appliances were delivered without a delivery charge. The manufacturer sent the wrong dishwasher twice. On the third attempt the manufacture sent an upgraded model. Zuleima offered the upgraded model for no additional cost. I plan to buy every appliance, big and small from them.

Overall, the job was of a very high quality and reflects the toil and taxation (pun intended) of the contractor and owner. Much thought and care was poured into each and every detail of this renovation, from sconce to shutter screw. Project began with a consultation and estimate and took roughly four months to complete, sensible for the scale of work. One early regret was not having ironed out each and every minute detail (fixtures, products, etc.) at the very beginning of the project. This delayed some things and occasionally caused

Perhaps the contractor's biggest asset besides his experience is that he works on one job at a time; he focused completely on my project, unlike most contractors of today. A few things that said contractor could have improved upon were flexibility on design/product selection (which in the end, he was, but sometimes discussions prolonged the project) and a better scheduled/stricter payment plan as part of the contract. As previously mentioned, a full agreement on product/design selection from the beginning would have benefited both parties as resolving these issues during the process extended the completion date and often added unforeseen costs.
