"I bought a new home and (sure enough) the water heater quit working shortly after I moved in. I attempted to have the water heater replaced and/or repaired by my home warranty company and several other plumbers. None of my efforts in this regard was very productive. The home warranty company gave me the run-around and the other plumbers that I contacted told me that the water heater was no longer under warranty and that I'd have to buy a new one. At my wit's end, I sought a reliable plumber on Angie's List and found 
. They were great to work with because they made several calls on my behalf and discovered that the old water heater was under warranty and had been recalled due to faulty parts. They had a new water heater delivered and installed that day. They even came back to my home to check the connections when I called and thought that I smelled leaking gas. While they are a bit pricey, I would say that their service and workmanship is well worth the price (especially in a city like a New Orleans where there are so many bad service workers). With , you'll spend a pretty penny, but it will be worth it."

"The plumbers arrived right on time and talked to me briefly about the job. I came back three hours later and not only had they completed pulling all the appliances, but they were sweeping my kitchen and living room. The mess they were sweeping up was created by my carpenter so they were cleaning up a mess they didn't make!! Fantastic! I have had friends use them and also have had good experiences. I would recommend these plumbers for sure!"

"It went very well. I believe the plumber went out of his way to do things right and to do a little extra work. His main task was to hook the secondary piping up to the main supply. He did this. However, he didn't just connect it directly. He also installed a nice extra stopcock so I can turn things off if need be. He also made sure that the hot water heater functioned properly and did not leak. This took quite a bit of work and involved the swapping out of some small pipes and several fittings. Overall, I was very satisfied."
