"I was taken by them.My home may fall from poor consrtution and leveling. siding was cheep and installed wrong,tile are coming loose an spliting in half. They put indoor wood on a outdoor porch that is now coming apart. I paid 70.000 and had to buy more products that I already paid for from the original price. I am owed money from them and incomplete work.I have mold in the house because of poor work.I will have to spend twice as much to fix there mess."

"This company was very prompt, worked steadily until the job was complete, worked with me concerning what I wanted, helped make suggestions. My house is nearly 100 years old and was a rental; it needed a lot of work, a lot of updating. When there were areas of concern regarding foundation, plumbing, old electrical and areas of potential , they notified me. Mr. Alardin even went with me to Home Depot and Lowe's to help me select tiles, vanities, cabinetry for the kitchen. I thought the prices were reasonable. I was most pleaded with the dependability and the attention to detail."

"We contacted through Angie's List in late September 2008 because we had just fired contractor #2 on our bathroom remodel job. At that time, had a pretty full schedule, but we talked about the scope of the project and the cost (charged per hour + materials). Since we had several things that needed to be done before could do the finishing items, we agreed to remain in touch - which we did. was very responsive to me via email and I never felt as though we had fallen off his radar even though so many months elapsed from our initial contact to actual start date. and I had a final discussion about the scope of the project, agreed on a start date and was there - bright and early and on time - that Monday morning. He was on time *every* morning. All the work was completed in a reasonable time, 's hour log matched mine, and I feel I got a fair deal. Since I needed to install my freestanding vanity for a countertop measure, he did an absolutely clever thing with the baseboards...they are completely removable so they can be painted and replaced without contorting yourself or risking damage to the cabinets. "

"All the jobs has done for me have gone very well. always does excellent work at a fair price. He is totally reliable, does what he says he is going to do and when he says he is going to do it. always cleans up after the job and leaves the job site and your house clean and tidy. As you can tell, I highly recommend him, he is quite a find in this day and age."

"We were extremely pleased with 's work. The best thing I can say about him is that he was extremely reliable and extremely responsive. He answered his phone, he returned voice messages, and he returned emails. He kept us in the loop with everything that was happening during the renovation. He was very patient in answering any of our questions and was more than happy to work with us on what WE wanted to do with the house. I cannot say enough about how important this is for a contractor. We wanted to make the house energy efficient. was quite knowledgeable in the basics, was very responsive to what we wanted to do, and was willing to go out of his way to do research online, consult other contractors, and generally make sure that he did the best job possible. As many horror stories as I have heard and read post- , my contractor was exceptional. He did fantastic work (out place looks great and we are very, very happy), he was reliable, he was easy to get in touch with, he kept us involved throughout the long job, he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy, and he put up with our delays and occasionally changing our minds about what we wanted to do. I could not have been any happier in my choice of ( ) as my general contractor. I would re-hire him in a second for another job and have already recommended him to my in-laws and anybody else I meet looking for a contractor. also does smaller jobs, so do not hesitate to call him for a quote or with any questions. You will not be disappointed!"

"I attempted to act as my own contractor prior to hiring and met with lots of no-shows, high prices and frustration. Unfortunately, I hired an electrician before connecting with , but that's another story. Young is the co-owner of with his wife, Young, who is an interior designer with , which provides flooring and cabinets. No one who works with is obligated to shop at , but for me this happy combination worked very well. is extremely knowledgeable, a former president of and an active member of the Homebuilders' Association. He shows up when he says he is going to a first for me (I have had two other major renovations in the past that didn't go so well). He worked with me to accomplish my goals, or let me know when something was impossible or impractical. I am very pleased with the end result."

"Start: 1) Initial on-site visit was free and they showed up on time (Bill & ) 2) Reviewed multiple bids from other individuals... the one thing that I found beneficial with was that they worked as a team with two individuals instead of just one contractor. 3) After deciding that were the 'chosen-ones' I called & setup start of job time/day with estimated time-frame to completion at given budget $2,250. 4) Approximately 3 weeks later the job was done on-time, on-budget, and resulted in a quality installation with wires properly secured/installed. There is still 1 final follow-up visit after sheet-rock and cabinets have been installed to setup dimming lights and any adjustments with electrical outlets in cabinets. I would highly recommend any (of-the-few) 'high-expectation' driven individuals to utilize because they 'over-delivered' and provided quality work on a timely basis within budget."

"We had to have our home renovated after a fire. The above mentioned company did a good job on everything but the floor of our kitchen and spare room. They subbed the job out to another contractor which did a terrible job. After just 6 months the floor was coming up in places and it is also breaking apart. We have bobbles in places. We called and the owner came to the house to inspect the work and said he would get back to us with his decision as to how to satisfy our compliant. We have yet to hear from him and it is going on two years now. Re-doing the floor is on our list of things to do but definitely not with " "."
