"We purchased the tile and supplies and 
did the remodel. was honest, on time, and his team were fast workers. We even gave them the key to the house while they worked.
The remodel took about 4 days in total.
The remodel included a tile shower and floor, shower fixture, basebaords, window, vanity, paint, and door. We are thrilled with our bathroom and will use again. "

"Do not employ this man to do any work for you. He was dishonest, performed work weeks late, had poor quality and smoked and drank on the job. If you are at all considering using him Google his name. He almost never cleaned the site (our house) after each days work. When we fired him he demanded more money from us even though none was owed. In fact, we had to spend a significant amount of money to repair the work he had done and repair portions of the property that were damaged from him. He tried to charge us twice for several items of work. After several months of him repeatedly promising the job would be finished in a week and then only working three to five hours each day we finally had to fire him."

"It was great. The person who came out to the house first was very professional and helped me along with the process. I signed up right away and then a few weeks later, , one of the managers called me to set an appointment to put my bathrooms in. The installers who installed my bathrooms were fantastic, very friendly, polite, hardworking and meticulous. The whole process was the best I have experienced and I experienced a lot after ."

"I attempted to act as my own contractor prior to hiring and met with lots of no-shows, high prices and frustration. Unfortunately, I hired an electrician before connecting with , but that's another story. Young is the co-owner of with his wife, Young, who is an interior designer with , which provides flooring and cabinets. No one who works with is obligated to shop at , but for me this happy combination worked very well. is extremely knowledgeable, a former president of and an active member of the Homebuilders' Association. He shows up when he says he is going to a first for me (I have had two other major renovations in the past that didn't go so well). He worked with me to accomplish my goals, or let me know when something was impossible or impractical. I am very pleased with the end result."

"It could not have gone better. began working immediately and stayed at it until the job was done. It took approximately two weeks, but essentially did all the work himself. He stuck to his estimate, even though the job became more complicated than was expected. He was courteous to the tenants in the house, and worked long hours. My tenants have been raving about the bathrooms ever since. I even decided to give an extra $200 based on how happy I was with his work. The pictures speak for themselves."

"Low-ball of three estimates (initially about $1800) but blamed suppliers for increase in costs. Suppliers contacted angrily denied increase. Performed work extremely slowly (3-4 months, dozens of phone calls required), clogged outlet drain with work debris and refused responsibility. Shoddy finish. Demanded immediate payment despite problems with threat to place on house otherwise. Just horrible throughout."
