"The work started off ok with the exception of delays after taking the roof off my house which resulted in serious interior flooding in the kitchen due to rains. This damage was never repaired by the company. Construction continued and was near completion over two months behind schedule at which point I was presented with an additional list of charges over and above the agreed upon amount. I paid what I owed with the exception of the additional charges which I agreed to pay once work was completed. This arrangement was agreed upon by 
and myself. After the check cleared I never saw nor his partner Fousse again. Essentially, I paid the total price of the contract and they left me with over $3,000 in repairs and unfinished work to my home. In addition to the unfinished work, hired unprofessional subs to do work in my home. The crew that did the mudding and taping caused damage to many of the surfaces in my home that they weren't even supposed to be in. The plumber was incredibly unprofessional and hostile. The electrician was prompt and courteous but he was never paid by them for my job. and Fousse simply cannot be trusted to complete the work you hire them for."

"I attempted to act as my own contractor prior to hiring and met with lots of no-shows, high prices and frustration. Unfortunately, I hired an electrician before connecting with , but that's another story. Young is the co-owner of with his wife, Young, who is an interior designer with , which provides flooring and cabinets. No one who works with is obligated to shop at , but for me this happy combination worked very well. is extremely knowledgeable, a former president of and an active member of the Homebuilders' Association. He shows up when he says he is going to a first for me (I have had two other major renovations in the past that didn't go so well). He worked with me to accomplish my goals, or let me know when something was impossible or impractical. I am very pleased with the end result."
