"We called the company to come to our house and do 2 things: 1) Check out/clean/unclog the drain pipe into which the water from the rinse cycle of the washing machine drains. 2)Checkout/clean/unclog a very slow draining kitchen sink drain pipe. The young fellow that came out was nice enough, but could NOT fix the first problem. He tried a couple of ways to unclog the washing machine drain pipe, but could get it to drain only marginally better. By the time he was finished fooling with it, yes, I said finished fooling with it, because after about 1 hour, he said he didn't have the time to fool with it anymore. Anyway, when I asked him about the kitchen sink drain, he just mumbled something and started putting his tools away. It was very obvious that he was in a big hurry to leave the job. I was furious, but paid the bill & just took their business card out of my Rolodex. Haven't called them since..."
