"He came out and did an initial estimate for all of the work and then had his laborer come and break up the large concrete slab that was in the lot from the prior owners. After that was complete, 
and his team put the new fence up really quickly and then got the new parking slab poured. The only remaining item is installing the gate, but that delay has been on our part (due to costs of what we want). The fence and new slab look fantastic and we have gotten a lot of compliments on it since it was completed."

" is very dependable. He repaired my old hardwood floor, tearing out an area about 20 ft by 5 ft. In the middle of the floor repair, we had to evacuate for Hurricane . I was afraid that I would not get the repair done easily, but within a week of my returning to the city, he and his helpers were back at work finishing the job.
In January, I needed concrete work done. said he could do it. He came early the very next day with a helper and they worked nonstop until the job was finished. Even though it was a 12 hour day, he was at my house early the very next day to finish cleaning up the work area.
I know he does other types of work. These are only the things that I have had personal experience with. He normally works on homes in the Garden District. He likes to do quality work and is pretty good about keeping the jobsite clean."

"The workmanship was very fine. We ended up having a problem with iron in the slate rusting--an unusual issue with the particular slate itself, which we had purchased on our own from another source. came back out promptly to fix by cleaning it with rust remover and sealing it multiple times it for no extra charge, even though they did not cause the problem. Shawne was determined to see his customers satisfied with the end result. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. The fence is very sturdy and well constructed. The gutters look beautiful. Overall, we were very pleased. "

"All the jobs has done for me have gone very well. always does excellent work at a fair price. He is totally reliable, does what he says he is going to do and when he says he is going to do it. always cleans up after the job and leaves the job site and your house clean and tidy. As you can tell, I highly recommend him, he is quite a find in this day and age."

"Excellent! This is June, 2008 and there's a lot of construction work going on around town ( related) so it's hard to find contractors. I signed the contract in early April and it was mid-June when they got to me. The wait was worth it. Once they started, they stayed with it, completing the job in three days. The result was top quality and I highly recommend this local company."
