"We had to postpone the first scheduled cleaning but it was the day after the Saints National Championship 
....so that's understandable. The only complaint I had was that they should have moved more furniture in the bedroom. They did offer to come back and do any areas that they missed so in the long run they offered to make everything right for me. The carpets came out looking better than I thought they would. I'll use them again. I'll just be more active in the whole process.

"new orleans had rainiest month in "history" in december. unfortunately that meant we took on a little water. we called cleanpro on their "emergency" number (available via main #) and they came within the hour! even though I wish we hadn't had to use them, they couldn't have been more diligent, easy to work with overall. we are very, very satisfied!"

"They were very personable and stayed in touch. They picked up and delivered and did a great job. He does all kinds of services like water damage repair, upholstery cleaning, grout, installations, and carpet/rug cleaning. The cost was extremely reasonable."

"They were careful moving my stuff. They moved a recliner and a night stand. Since the bedroom was under the allotted square footage he also touched up my spare bedroom and area rug free. They did have a charge that I did not know about until they arrived."

"I scheduled an appointment with this company on 10/20 for their first available date of 11/1 at 9:00 am. I did not receive a confirmation call from them by the afternoon of 10/31 so I called them to confirm. They were running late due to traffic and called to let me know. Because I did not feel comfortable from my conversations with them that all furniture would be moved, we emptied the room of all furniture before their arrival. Since the room was empty, when they arrived (around 9:30) they got to work fairly quickly and were done cleaning the carpet in a little over an hour. They used a raking tool on the carpet to lift the which I really liked and they sell...so I purchased one. The carpet looks almost new. I am pleased with the outcome."
