ARS has been late the last 3 times I have used them, and when the tech arrived, he didn't know what he was even there to do. He didn't have the right equipment and we had to reschedule and take more time off work. Then, he couldn't fix the problem and referred us.
Another visit resulted in an $1800 charge. We were told the tech is at liberty to guesstimate the charge and he overpriced because he really didn't want to do the job. The tech "told" us this. We ended up getting another company to do the work for 1/3rd the price that ARS quoted.
Also, dispatch is extremely rude when answering the phone.

Our overall experience with this company is very satisfactory we first used them in our home to check a problem we were having with our unit. We recommended them to our church who needed a new unit. The unit was installed on the date premised. They gave us a very reasonable price. The pastor (my husband) and trustees were very pleased with the job and the price. We had most of our contact

and he was friendly as well as professional. He was always on time and did for us just what he promised. We would definitely recommend this Co. and we will also use them again without any hesitation.

I made my appointment 3 days in advance, but when the day came, no one showed. I called them up and they said that a computer glitch caused them to

record of their appointments. Ok, understandable, these things happen. They apologized and sent someone out right away. This where things got confusing. Seems the guy they sent was only able to do the very basics. He could not do anything with the water heater or the kitchen drain, nor could he give me an estimate for either job. He was able to fix the toilet issues and he did so well and quickly. He said other plumbers would be coming to do the other jobs. He spoke of them as if they were another company. I wasn't sure what to make of this and it confused me a bit.

So the second set of plumbers came shortly to handle the drainpipe and water heater. When they told me the water heater tank had ruptured, I told them the tank was under warranty and would be replaced for free. All they had to do was take the old tank to Home Depot and they would be given a new one. They told me they would not do this. I was disappointed, Home Depot is less than 4 miles away. I really wanted the job done, but I was not going to beg them. I did the job myself the following Saturday and the tank exchange took less than 30 minutes, including drive time.

So now the final job: the kitchen drain. They completed this routine and

drain line replacement and sent me the bill. When I was replacing the water heater the next Saturday, I decided to check out their work. I crawled under the house to take a look and I am glad I did. I was disappointed to find that due to poor workmanship the drain was still leaking. Specifically, the old galvanized pipe had rusted through at the bottom right where it was permanently bonded to a wye. Because of the proximity of the leak to the wye, the proper thing to do here is to replace the wye along with the attached rusty pipe. Instead they left the old wye and attached the new pipe to it using a sleeve around a nub of the old pipe. On the nub was the actual rusty hole that was causing the original problem. So since the portion of pipe that had the hole was not actually replaced, the leak persisted.

I called them up on Monday and they came out and fixed their work the same day. I have since inspected it and found the fix adequate. The wye was replaced and the leak had stopped. Though I would have preferred to see a chemical bond where 2 pvc pipes were joined, the quick connect sleeve they used was ok.

Regarding the price, I don't have much point of reference because I generally do this type of work myself, but I would say it was a fair price for a quality job. Unfortunately, the work was not high quality, so the price was high for what I got. As others have mentioned in their comments, the phone mannerisms of the company's secretary leave a lot to be desired and do not exactly exude confidence and professionalism.

With so many other plumbing companies out there, I don't think I'll be using

again. I have numerous properties spread out across the county and I really need a plumber that I can trust to do the job right the first time without me having to come out and inspect their work behind them.

Working with
Nashville Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
was a very pleasant experience. I couldn't make up my mind where I wanted my master closet door and walls. They were re-framed three times. The same for the laundry room. The same for the door on the half bathroom. I wanted a corner sink in the half bathroom and they worked with my budget and offered ideas and suggestions all along the way to make what I wanted fit what I had to spend. They took my concerns and my random change of mind very well. Every crew that worked on this project was very family friendly. I never felt as though my family was around questionable characters. They didn't smoke inside, they didn't curse, they cleaned up after themselves, they were always neat, never had a negative word to say about the work or their boss. Absolutely I would use this company again, in fact I have several times and will only use them.

The job went great. I have dealt with them in the past too. The plumber is always very straightforward and honest. He tells me exactly what he is going to do before he does it. He also tells me exactly what it?s going to cost before he does it. He always does a really good job. That?s why I keep using him and I would definitely use his services in the future too.

On a Saturday night, I discovered my gas water heater was leaking lots of water through the top vent. I turned it off and called
Nashville Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
at 9:00 on Sunday morning. By 11:15 a.m., a plumber was at my house working on replacing the water heater after giving three estimates with no pressure. He was very respectful, unobtrusive, and careful not to track mud into the house. Because of the venting of the old gas heater into the chimney, I chose to get an electric heater. The guy hooked up the electrical wiring to my breaker box with no extra charge. I was not expecting to pay so much to get a new water heater, but then again, I don't do this often enough to know the going rate. I don't expect it would have been much different with another company, and I wanted the work to be done on that Sunday. I would highly recommend the company!

and his crew has done work for me on and off for a number of years. They have done jobs as small as fixing an electrical outlet to a major remodel on my entire house - both inside and out. They are always punctual, congenial, trustworthy, and competant. The few times I wasn't completely happy with something,

made sure that it was fixed and I was happy. As far as I'm concerned, there is no one better! I really appreciate the fact that as a single woman I have someone I can trust to help me.

Very professional and courteous on the phone and in person. Arrived promptly. Left the work site clean. A little more expensive than I'd have liked, but the professionalism was worth it. Will definitely use again.
