who is just a funny guy! He asked me some questions, and gave me a quote over the phone. Then a few days before he was to clean on a Friday, he called and offered to reschedule the job for Saturday (normally their day off) because a big snow storm was coming. I accepted. I LOVED THIS! It was great to have him be so proactive instead of waiting until the day of and say he couldn't make it, AND offered to come in on a day off. That's customer service! Normally, I would just wait until the next week, but really I needed the them cleaned for a party I was having.

showed up Saturday morning, on time, in good spirits, and very professional. He assessed the furniture and confirmed the quote, then got to work. It took him a little longer than anticipated, but that was fine. I have a beagle who likes to lick the fabric, he got all of that out, and managed to get most of the wiry dog hair out. I will definitely use them again without hesitation!"
