"I am going to work with him. I liked my interaction with him. He is a nice fellow. He seemed ready and willing to look into everything I asked. I have asked him to build a sunroom and I was very specific about what I wanted. He is still in the stage of gathering all the information to give me a bid. He sat with me for probably three hours, which was amazing to me. He was very good about understanding what I wanted. I looked him up online and he had all good ratings. That is what influenced me to contact him. My interaction with him has been very positive. There is a certain kind of glass that I want in the room. I found the source for it. So, I am in a difficulty between the contractors and the sunroom people that have the glass I want. He is trying to locate another source for the glass. He really wants to do the whole job. He is willing to do a part of it as long as he can walk away and the other person take over or they can do their part and then he take over. However, he didn?t want to interact in order to coordinate with the other person and it is the same way for the sunroom guy. So, I feel kind of stuck. He hasn?t come up with a source of glass yet that he has told me about. It depends upon what he can come up with whether I have him do the whole thing or a part or not. So, he is still pricing things right now. He is going to do a lot of work because this is a big job. "

"We had a nightmarish experience with a contractor who was unable to pull a building permit on his own to build our new deck after beginning the tear out. I got
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
's contact information from friends who had just added a deck to their home. Within three hours of my initial phone call, he had come by the house and called back with an estimate that was significatly lower that the "nightmare" contractor. His crew was obviously skilled, timely, very polite and completed the huge job (approximately 25' by 40' deck with a full roof and side shutters designed according to our specifications) in less than 10 days. There was no "up-front" payments for materials requested, he came by the house on a regular basis to check on the work, and even stopped by on Halloween (a major East Nashville holiday on our block) with his son to meet my wife. I cannot recommend his work and professionalism more highly."

"Estimate was very fair considering size of porch, and materials needed. He began within 2 weeks of consultation and it was completed in one week - had two rain days....There were many wood finishing touches that were aesthetically pleasing that I hadn't counted on but liked. He was very clean and tidied up. I left the door open so he could use refrigerator and bathroom as needed. That is something I almost never do. I changed my mind about something mid-stream, and
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
was very amenable to the change that I had requested. Porch was completed and is gorgeous. It came out even better than I had imagined. One thing that was tough was that the floor is quite unlevel, but everything has the appearance of looking level. I would absolutely use
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
again. We have planned some additional work for the spring. I highly recommend his work, efficiency, ideas, thoughts in scoping out the project and integrity.

"I do not think
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
is a trained architect but she has a good eye and she's so creative. She does great sketches and she is very helpful. She is always there when she needs to be. She is really helpful if you want anything changed. She is flexible and easy to work with. We were really pleased with this company and I also want to note that the contractors themselves were really great too."

"Awful! We will never work with this company again nor would we reccomend. We contracted for the services in February including the deposite. After many months of haggling over when the job would start, the crew fininally worked one weekend and roughed in the deck but then left us for over 6 weeks without stairs to the back yard and no railings. The deck was height over 5 feet. After 2 more month delay,
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
asked for more money to finish the job as he was out of money. Again for 2 months, we called multiple times a day to see when the crews would be coming out. Finally got the rest of the structure built but the delays ruined the flooring installe, the grass where the materials sat for 4 months. The crews constantly left trash all ovber the yard, left their used materials and complained that
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
wasn't paying so they werent going to do the work and we needed to get them paid. We have holes in our conrete patio that they have never patched and the door that was ordered has never been installed. Oh and the door was ordered wrong 2 times and we had to pay restocking fees. a 12x14 room, that still isn't finished, took longer than it took to build our original house.

"Our project with
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
hasn’t been finished yet. I will try to keep this to the facts and let the facts speak for themselves. I will update this review when the project is finished.
September 10, 2012: Sign contract for 12x20 concrete deck with brick perimeter, construction of a 12x8 wood deck, installation of underground fiberglass storm shelter (provided by client). Give estimator,

, check for half of the cost of the project, $5,500.00.
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
gives me his phone number and assures me that I can call him with any questions. I am told I will be put on the calendar in 6 to 8 weeks.
In the ensuing weeks and months, I contact owner the owner,
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
and the estimator,
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
, about schedule for work.
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
calls me back, but
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
does not. In December 2012, I am put into contact with
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
Enclosure’s employee or subcontractor.
Delays, some due to weather.
February, 2013: I leave voice mail messages to
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
and/or text or call the subcontractor several times a week. When I call or text the subcontractor, he often promises to come the next day. Usually he does not. Sometimes he texts me to tell me he is sorry for not making it, sometimes he does not. I speak with
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
about the subcontractor overpromising, not showing up, and not communicating consistently, and
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
tells me he will talk to
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
.
March 16, 2013: concrete finally poured and stamped with pattern. In next few weeks, brick trim is finished.
April 8, 2013: Concrete waiting for removal of excess antiquing, cutting of control joints, and sealing. Backhoe is used to dig and place fiberglass storm shelter. Subcontractor says he will come tomorrow.
April 9-10, 2013:
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
does not come these days.
April 11, 2013: Seven months and one day after signing contract and delivering 50 percent down payment. Large spring storm fills hole with water, with fiberglass shelter floating in place (see image).

I will update this review after the project is finished.

"Because of their great service, I will of course continue to call on them for major renovations, emergency repairs and tenant/re-sell punch lists. They have never let me down and I know I can trust them.

"Will was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and, I thought, reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again. He'll be the first person I call if I need additional work done.

"There was somewhat of a delay in getting the work started d/t another job the company had to finish. I was aware of the delay and opted to wait for them.
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
communicated about the delay with some minor prompting from me so I would know if the previous job was on track and approximately the date work would begin at my home. The crew prompltly arrived on the appointed day to begin work. The entire project took about three days and I am extremely pleased with the work. The crew cleaned up after themselves nicely and were professional. There were a few minor issues I had with some of the finish work around the doors, and
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
resolved those to my satisfaction.
Nashville Sunrooms Provider Name Locked
was responsive to my inquiries before, during, and after the work was completed. I will use this company again for future upgrades to the house.
