April 8, 2013: Concrete waiting for removal of excess antiquing, cutting of control joints, and sealing. Backhoe is used to dig and place fiberglass storm shelter. Subcontractor says he will come tomorrow.
April 9-10, 2013:
April 11, 2013: Seven months and one day after signing contract and delivering 50 percent down payment. Large spring storm fills hole with water, with fiberglass shelter floating in place (see image).
