"We started by going to the

office in Cool Springs. They don't have a large showroom but they have some sample closets to look at and a nice brochure to give us ideas. We scheduled a consultation and Tatia was our designer. She was wonderful to work with and after talking with us about what we wanted gave us detailed drawings of how our closets would look. We discussed the design and only made a few minor changes before scheduling the installation. The installation went very well and the closet system fits perfectly. We just got the basic closet system but the materials seem to be high quality and durable. I usually get several quotes for this type of project but only got this one so I can't say too much about the cost compated to others. We did look at doing it ourselves and this price wasn't much higher than buying the materials and installing ourselves. Overall, this was a great experience and we'll contact Tatia again if we need to add more storage units."

"Work actually performed by Landmark was very acceptable. His subcontractors, however, were less so. A bit sloppy with the work, not very attentive to detail, messy around the house. Maybe it's the old story of you get what you pay for. Again, if only Landmark had been doing the work, I'm sure the end product would have been better and my ratings would be higher."

"The owner first came by to access the project. The company does have a structural engineer that was consulted. Since my husband & I were not afraid to do some of the work ourselves, the company actually told us things we could do to save money (i.e.-demo certain things ourselves before they came in to do the structural part.) Since our home is a ranch, the attic area was accessible over the area with the removed load bearing wall. A beam & support system was added to the attic space. It only took a day. They were very friendly & explained everything that was done. "

"We had a nightmarish experience with a contractor who was unable to pull a building permit on his own to build our new deck after beginning the tear out. I got

's contact information from friends who had just added a deck to their home. Within three hours of my initial phone call, he had come by the house and called back with an estimate that was significatly lower that the "nightmare" contractor. His crew was obviously skilled, timely, very polite and completed the huge job (approximately 25' by 40' deck with a full roof and side shutters designed according to our specifications) in less than 10 days. There was no "up-front" payments for materials requested, he came by the house on a regular basis to check on the work, and even stopped by on Halloween (a major East Nashville holiday on our block) with his son to meet my wife.
