"I spoke directly with the groomer to discuss how I wanted my pet groomed. I was specific that I wanted a ' bear head' (full head of hair) and the body hair to be left an inch long. When I picked him up, he had been groomed like a poodle with his hair cut down completely to his body and his head shaved down. The office manager had already told me that she was surprised at how he looked when groomed, as that is not what I had requested."
