"He came out promptly within a couple of days and gave us an estimate and I was pleased with that process. They came in with the highest bid, but there wasn?t anything wrong with that. We did not go with them because was just that we decided to go with the original contractor.

Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Reviews

"They were responsive, friendly, and professional. They did an excellent job. They had great designers and everybody was great. The price was a little high, but it was worth it. We had a wonderful experience with them. "

"He got back to me quickly. He was very pleasant and very nice. The estimate was pretty low, which was good. I liked him, but I went with a company that was more experienced in kitchen renovation. I realized when I got another estimate that he hadn?t looked at things in as much detail as a kitchen renovator would. "

" and his crew has done work for me on and off for a number of years. They have done jobs as small as fixing an electrical outlet to a major remodel on my entire house - both inside and out. They are always punctual, congenial, trustworthy, and competant. The few times I wasn't completely happy with something, made sure that it was fixed and I was happy. As far as I'm concerned, there is no one better! I really appreciate the fact that as a single woman I have someone I can trust to help me."

" initially impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to offer guidance before he even had the job. When he visited to give an estimate, he offered suggestions for several different scenarios and educated me on some of the problems I would face with my particular situation. I appreciated his integrity and was not disappointed. His crew was professional, efficient, and pleasant to have in my home. They cleaned up daily and were cognizant of the fact that I needed certain appliances each night. They worked full days and finished in reasonable time. I even tacked on an extra small project at the end that they welcomed, and I felt like they truly appreciated my business. We are still dealing with one unforeseen snafu that will require some time to work out, but it's a minor decorative decision as opposed to a mistake that the crew made. A pleasant experience, overall. "

"Overall it went very smooth. is easy to work with. If anything needs to be fixed or corrected, he has no problems with that. He let's you pretty much run your show. I looked at another retro-bathroom had completed in the Crieve Hall area, and it was beautiful. I also had do a retro-bathroom redo to match the esthetic's of the 1959 home I bought. is slow though, so if you are in a hurry, this contractor won't do for you. I wasn't using my half bath, so speed didn't much matter to me. I would trade speed for peace of mind any day. I have worked with other contractors and was so much easier and did better work. If speed is of no concern, he is budget friendly. Destruction of the 1/2 bath started in September 07 and reconstruction was finished in January 08. Not bad given there were three holidays in between."

"We started by working with the kitchen department of a big-box retailer, but the process left us concerned about the overall design and effectiveness of their project management involving various sub-contractors. At the same time, a friend told us she had worked with both that retailer and an independent remodeling contractor and was much happier with the latter, an observation out by findings of the major consumer research organization. I researched contractors and found to be prominent members of the NKBA. Unlike higher-end remodelers who custom-build everything, they also work with major cabinet manufacturers to come up with semi-custom solutions which are more economical. We met with Ed , who gave us a ballpark estimate and overall vision of how the kitchen should be reconfigured. At that point we went forward with a paid design process and overall cost, and worked with Ed and (a designer) to tweak and finalize the design and adjust costs accordingly. They gave us thorough written guidelines about preparing for the project and its disruption of household life. This was a radical project that involved removing part of a wall into an adjoining room to establish an eating bar. Since that was was an old-fashioned plank paneling, we asked if the paneling being removed could a place on another wall where we wanted to remove an old unused through-the-wall air conditioner. They did such a beautiful job on this side project that no one can tell now that the wall (on both the inside and outside) ever had such a history. Overall, the project started and finished on time, and the workers took their time to do things right. They cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of all dust and debris. There were no surprises. There was one detail that we were not satisfied with at the end, and Ed worked to come up with a solution that made us happy. The process and finished results exceeded our expectations and we would have no problem recommending to anybody."

" did an incredible job and was always on time (or early!). His price ($35.00 per/hour) is very hard to beat for anyone offering reliable and quality services in the plumbing/electrical world. He was very professional, worked hard and fast and always did a great job. I've hired him on about 4 different occasions now. He comes highly recommended and won't let you down."

"After this contractor's initial walk-through, I was told to expect an estimate in a couple of days. That was three weeks and a couple of days ago; I still haven't gotten the estimate. Contractor also stated that he was not bonded."
