The salesman was polite and honest about his experience with the tubs he sold. This is a home sales business and there is no official price list, and, based on the prices on the internet this was in the ballpark for a tub manufactured in the US (with water jets and air jets and a shower fixture and a 2 inch walk in door) and custom installation including removal of our old tub and a service warranty for as long as we owned the house. Our two installers arrived on time, had tons of experience, did the job in one day and left our home cleaner than they found it. We were very pleased with the whole experience. After a month of owning the tub, we are very pleased with it.

After numerous confirmations, the schedule installer does no show up.
Everyone at the store has washed their hands of the problem, literally saying "I'm not the installer". It seems to me that this charge on my credit card begs to differ.
All in all, their installed sales service has been a terrible experience. Slow, unavailable and now this -- no-show on the day of installation and nobody seems to be willing to correct the situation.
Avoid the inevitable disappointment and look elsewhere.

They have been very attentive and willing to discuss some cost-cutting elements of the estimate. The design plans they showed us were beautiful and we will probably use them to do the work.

Let me start out by saying
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
is a very nice man. He is someone that I would like to go camping and fishing with or that I would like for our daughters to play on the same soccer team. But, I hired
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
as a contractor to add an additional room and covered patio onto my home and his handling of the job and workmanship was horrible to say the least and cost me thousands of additional dollars to correct. I got
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
’s number from a friend who had used him in the past, so I felt he would do a good job. I was very detailed in our initial meeting about what we wanted in the design and functionality of the new space. I gave him a rough layout of the floor plan and SKU numbers for all of the finishes we chose. I was very clear about the fact
that everything had to be inspected and had to be built up to codes. He agreed that was how he operated. From day one the communication between
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his staff was dismal. On numerous occasions I was ask detailed information by his crew because
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was not present to instruct or supervise. During the process, we needed to add new decking and shingles to the roof.
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
did this without pulling the permit and placed the new decking over the old damaged decking, which we found out later is a code violation. When we approached him about this, he claimed, “he didn’t’ know” and was going to get a “
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked

engineer to override the codes dept. He did just that. He blamed the code department for being unfairly strict in their assessment and stated, “They
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
’t know what they were talking about”. The inspector was female and after she left he called her every name in the book. He was very disrespectful. The project that he said would take 4-6 weeks took over 5 months because
he would show up whenever he chose. We would go weeks without seeing or hearing from him. The amount of basic construction building and code requirements that he didn’t know was staggering. He damaged our yard, our fence, and
ultimately built the room he wanted to build, not the room we wanted and paid for. He failed inspection after inspection and was
constantly having to “

-rig” our home. We had to hire another contractor to repair his mistakes and while that was being done, he put a
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
against our property. We sent him a check for the final bill just Although he is a very nice man and I’m sure he would be great to sit
next to in church, I would NEVER, under any circumstances, recommend

& his assistant,
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
, did an excellent job. My husband and I had multiple companies bid on this project, and everyone except
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
said that we would be without a bathroom for the two to three weeks it would take to complete it. When he found out that it was our only bathroom,
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
offered to put the commode and sink back in place so that we could use them while the project was ongoing. The only time the bathroom was completely off-limits to us was the night he laid the tile floor. We have an old house, and
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was very helpful with suggestions on how to handle the project, often bringing up things we hadn't even thought about, like keeping the door and trim to match the rest of the house. He suggested an extra deep soaker tub (which we both love), and even went with me to help pick out the tile! I don't think any other contractor would have done that, and I really needed the help. In addition to everything we had contracted
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
to do, he took care of unanticipated problems that impacted the project without complaint or delay. When they took out the old tile floor they found a bad floor joist & repaired it.
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
also shored up the floor under a wall where the house had settled so that the floor was once again near level. He made sure all our fixtures matched (they didn't before), and picked out the perfect tile for the room. He installed the tile in the tub surround in a brick pattern instead of in rows like the floor. The paint job was also well-done.

and
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
took problems in stride, and were patient with our cats, the pesky dog that came out of nowhere and wanted to play, and the nosy, irritating neighbor who insultingly (and falsely) claimed that my husband had asked him to "check up on their work." It was a pleasure to work with him, and I have recommended him to family, friends and co-workers. I just hope he isn't too busy to work on my next project.

performed very professionally and creatively. They were punctual and pleasant. The crew proposed and applied appropriate solutions to unforeseen problems at a very reasonable price. They displayed first-rate craftmanship in their work and excellent customer service. Great job! We highly recommend to any and all!

The contractor did everything wrong and actually stole money from me. Much of the work that was done I had to pay someone to redo. They did things without my permission that caused my home to be unlivable for months. They fudged billing numbers, didn't show up half the time and when they did, they had a skeleton crew of non-professionals. They also were working with the insurance adjuster to pocket extra money.
Bottom line - A shady, unprofessional crew who does poor work and stole from at least this client. Stay away.

My wife and I used
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
on our recent home renovation (1935 cottage in the 12th South area) and we are completely thrilled with her work. I was fearful of designers before
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
because most designers seem to have their own agenda and are not very budget concious. Throughout the entire project
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was always listening to our wants and needs and working her design around it. She encouraged us on ways to stretch our budget to still feel comfortable with the overall look and feel of our home. My wife and I will use
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
again and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to help guide them through a fun but difficult process.

1) Replaced water heater and re-did the electrical lines on top according to safety standards and codes. Contractor worked deal with Lowes since the water heater was fairly new and previous installer did a shotty job with installation. Perfect job!
2) Cut section out of living room ceiling to find water leakage from next level. While the ceiling was open contractor found a second leakage which was coming from the tub. Closed celing and repaired as standard practice. Perfect job!
3) Sub floor under the toliet upstairs had fallen which was causing the leakage to the livining room ceiling (see #2). Replaced sub floor and all tile in bathroom. Replaced plumbing as standard practice on this type of job. Perfect job!
4) Cut section of upstairs master bedroom ceiling out to find water leakage. Contractor found major damage from old roof and chimmney. Since insurance would not cover anything and I could not afford a major remodel at that time I advised contractor to close it back up and would think about the $$'s involved at a later time. Perfect job!
Have many more things on my "to do" list and will request service from
Nashville Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
again! Excellent job on everything done and good price/s considering this was all done at the same time. Bonus was.....they cleaned up after themselves! :) Felt completly safe with contractor and workers in my house while I was not there.

Ed came over with two of his workers ( a tile guy and a handy man) to quote us prices. On leaving Ed said that this was such a small job that he would would just let us pay the guys directly and that he would not be making any money on the job. Ed also stated upon leaving "we really don't need a contract on this do we" Me trusting Ed said no " That was a mistake I will never make again"
My wife and I went out that night and purchased everything that they said they needed for the job. They started a few days later and had the old bathroom gutted in one day. We were pretty happy except one of the guys doing the tear out had gone into our basement to do something and had either sat or stood on our washing machine causing me to pay 140.00 for a repairman to come fix it. (I absorbed that cost myself knowing accidents happen).
Once the tear out was done it took 4 weeks to complete the job that he said would only take a few days.
Quality of the tile work was great grout needs sealed but other than that looks great.
The wall board work is horrible!! mudding, sanding is very sub par and was painted knowing these errors were there. Trim work that was taken down and put back up is beaten up and I will have to replace at a later date.
Ed brought me the bill the next day (day before we went on vacation). Before handing me the bill I took him inside to point out some of the errors we had noticed he said " yes I noticed that the other day" we will have to come back and fix that later"
I then looked at the bill for 4400.00 after already paying the handyman 650.00 and saw that he had charged us 1900.00 for plumbing work, 800.00 for the handy man to do his subpar work and the kicker was the 1024.00 that ed had added as a contractor fee for a job he said he was not going to make anything on and would only take a few days to do "maybe a week"
I paid him his money and told him I did not trust him and did not want him on my property again.
