"Work scheduled but never showed. Said it was because of the weather but it was clear and 77 degrees all day. Worker never showed. And they were actually trying to get a $5000 job in addition to this minor repair. If they will not show for this how can you expect them to show for critical repairs? The salesman will give you the great pitch and even tell you that they are a "Christian" company. That just goes to show you again if they have to tell you then they don't carry out the actions of doing unto others. This company is unprofessional and unreliable and I would not let them put a roof on a dog house!"

"I was told they would come out one weekend for an estimate. Waited all day Saturday and they never showed. I called several times and left several messages. No call back. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited all day Sunday in case they were hung up Sat and couldn't make it out. No one showed or called on Sunday either. A complete waste of a weekend waiting on this company. I'm now another week behind on getting my roof fixed. This company still has NEVER called me back. I know I didn't have any work done, but if this is how this company acts when trying to "earn" my business, I can only imagine how they respond once they've got the check. No thanks."

"Ford's staff were professional from start to finish. Their crew chief spent at least 30 minutes with me discussing various options ranging from spot repairs to full replacement. A written quote was delivered promptly. The roofing crew began work when they said they would and finished quickly. It was evident that they were well equipped and trained to work as a team. The quality of the work is superb and the cost was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be better pleased. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"This is the guy I've been looking for! Professional, punctual, responsive/good communication, skilled, looks out for the customer. I contacted 5 people in as many weeks who never showed up before finding and . came out and assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and arranged a time to do the work. He called ahead when inclement weather predicted a less than ideal workday and we rescheduled. He showed up promptly as promised and worked diligently, consulting me as decisions needed to be made. treated my house as he would have his own and I trust his judgment. The final bill was actually less than his initial estimate. I look forward to many more years of 's advice and great work in a variety of home maintenance situations."

"I have a similar story about the sales experience. After 90 long minutes, the salesman (with his trainee) finally arrived at the price (at first $8,000 then to around $6,000 with various discounts) and said I had to make a decision on the spot- when I said I would think about it at least overnight, he said the discounted price was only good that day. He called his supervisor in a blatant attempt to embarass me into buying at that moment, then questioned me on my ability to make a decision without my wife present. Offensive on every level. They left in a with barely a goodbye. This company uses old school hard sell tactics and although I do think their product is good, I will not reward this kind of sales practice with my money."
