Owner
,
, and
were terrific. There was good communication prior to the job, and then they were punctual, extremely hardworking, and meticulous about the painting.
took extra care and time to make sure that everything was done right. The window sills that were unexpectedly rotted out were in some cases replaced (at a very fair additional price), and in other cases repaired to near perfection. I really appreciated working with an owner would took pride in his work and was basically a perfectionist. He made sure everything was weather tight, and then even gave the shutters an extra coat simply because he didn't like how the first coat covered.
I couldn't ask for a better painting experience. I will without question use
again in the future, although given the excellent job they did, I suspect it won't be for a long time.

We purchased a home in Nashville, located on the side of a very steep hill. The rough-sawn cedar-lapped siding had been stained when the house was built in 2000 and was in dire need of help. Being new to the area, we contacted several painters through our local paint shop,
. Three of them came out to the house, and once they saw the extreme difficulty of the project, (five stories high on one side) every one of them drove off and never contacted us again. Our house was literally 'the impossible paint job'.
Through Angie's List, we found
. Bill Nishanian came out to the house and gave it a thorough inspection. We talked about the difficulty of the job (huge glass panels, skylights, rough terrain, massive height) and how it would require a great deal of scaffolding to safely access the structure. We also discussed the best way to protect and preserve the siding. We opted to match the stain color, but do it with the finest-quality paints available (thus enabling a longer life). Bill provided a quote for premium primer, plus two coats of
Emerald satin exterior paint. Yes, the quote was very high, but we knew that the project was extremely complex, and we wanted to have the longest-lasting and best quality paint job we could get. Bill said that he would provide a 'no drop out of place' guarantee ... as well as a ten year warranty. His policy and warranties were spelled out very clearly in his quote. Bill helped lower quote costs by providing and building his own scaffolding.
The project started during late fall of 2013, when they prepped and painted the most difficult portions of the house. On the steep side of the house, his team was required to build scaffolding eleven sections high to access the top of a chimney! His painting team was very professional and patiently prepared the siding for paint, often carefully working around huge twelve-foot high glass windows. They needed no supervision on our part and did an outstanding job. The house was half-finished when they pulled off the project for the winter.
In April 2014, the team returned to complete the project ... and did so with their usual competence and professionalism. During the Spring work, we asked Bill to grind, prime and paint the huge steel support beams and posts underneath our deck. He used the best metal-etching primers and paints to do the job. At the completion of the project, Bill returned to discuss the project and make sure that we were satisfied with the results. He reminded us of his 10 year warranty and told us to call him if we spotted any developing problems. His final bill was exactly the same as his original quote (even though the project was far more complex and challenging than anyone anticipated).
Was it expensive? Yes. $30,000 is very expensive for a house paint job. But we can tell you with certainty that no one else in Nashville could have done (or would be willing to do) the work with the level of care and professionalism as
. We demanded the best ... the best primers, paints, as well as the highest-quality work ... and that is exactly what we got. We would hire them again in an instant.

I have been very pleased with mr
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
from the time I first contacted him. He arrived at the agreed time to do the estimate, was very professional and attentive to what I was talking about. He and his crew arrived yesterday at the correct time and got to work laying down covers for the floors, and covering everything else with plastic.. They had three rooms, hallways and ceillings to paint. They were busy all day putting two coats of paint on. When painting was done, they cleaned up everything, and made it look like they were never there, except for the beautiful job that they did. I will have more painting to be done soon, and they will be the only painter I will call to do that work.

, replaced, designed, and re-built my wood deck. My wood deck was about 11 years old on the back of my house. It was in terrible shape, the original builder used a nail gun to put the deck together. Over the years the nails had rusted and been tapped backed in many times. The point I am trying to make here is you should NEVER use nails to build an outdoor deck or fence.
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
uses coated premium wood screws in the construction of the deck. Not one single nail in the entire project!!! AWESOME!! I got a couple of estimates when I began the home improvements,
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
was very much in line with the other estimates. Here is why they are a much BETTER VALUE, instead of using 4 by 4's for the support beams and railing they used 6 by 6's. They used 2 by 6's for the stairs instead of decking wood. All of the wood cuts were done using a table or miter saw. All of the joints meet perfectly and are square, this makes for an incredible sturdy deck. They really built this deck like a piece of fine furniture. Two of my neighbors after coming over for a closer look have hired
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
and
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
to do their decks. The bottom line is these guys are OUTSTANDING and will be doing all of my construction, painting and home improvements in the future they are currently painting my entire home. Its is so great to have a company that I (and you) can completely trust to do what you hire them to do and do it right.

Bid was for cleaning extremely dirty gutters and painting outside surfaces (doors, insets, garage doors, railings.) Bill was certain that cleaning the gutters would solve problem, but when cleaning would not work, Bill offered extremely reasonable price to paint the gutters. Work was done quickly and on time, with no mess. Workers were friendly....More /> I will use Bill later this year to replace some wood on my deck so it may weather before restaining deck next spring.
Great experience, over all!

It was fabulous. The staff is incredibly polite and professional. They arrived each day on time and worked the full day. There was bad weather one day and Bill contacted me quickly to alert me to the time they would be there. The team came and discerned they needed to start later because of the moisture still there and they notified me when they would be back. They were back right on time. They even re-worked their plans & delayed working on the garage door until later in the work schedule so my son could put up a sign to ask a girl to the prom. The work took the exact amount of time Bill estimated. I would highly recomend them and will use

again in the future.

Let me start out by saying
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
is a very nice man. He is someone that I would like to go camping and fishing with or that I would like for our daughters to play on the same soccer team. But, I hired
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
as a contractor to add an additional room and covered patio onto my home and his handling of the job and workmanship was horrible to say the least and cost me thousands of additional dollars to correct. I got
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
’s number from a friend who had used him in the past, so I felt he would do a good job. I was very detailed in our initial meeting about what we wanted in the design and functionality of the new space. I gave him a rough layout of the floor plan and SKU numbers for all of the finishes we chose. I was very clear about the fact
that everything had to be inspected and had to be built up to codes. He agreed that was how he operated. From day one the communication between
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
and his staff was dismal. On numerous occasions I was ask detailed information by his crew because
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
was not present to instruct or supervise. During the process, we needed to add new decking and shingles to the roof.
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
did this without pulling the permit and placed the new decking over the old damaged decking, which we found out later is a code violation. When we approached him about this, he claimed, “he didn’t’ know” and was going to get a “
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked

engineer to override the codes dept. He did just that. He blamed the code department for being unfairly strict in their assessment and stated, “They
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
’t know what they were talking about”. The inspector was female and after she left he called her every name in the book. He was very disrespectful. The project that he said would take 4-6 weeks took over 5 months because
he would show up whenever he chose. We would go weeks without seeing or hearing from him. The amount of basic construction building and code requirements that he didn’t know was staggering. He damaged our yard, our fence, and
ultimately built the room he wanted to build, not the room we wanted and paid for. He failed inspection after inspection and was
constantly having to “

-rig” our home. We had to hire another contractor to repair his mistakes and while that was being done, he put a
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
against our property. We sent him a check for the final bill just Although he is a very nice man and I’m sure he would be great to sit
next to in church, I would NEVER, under any circumstances, recommend

was a bit expensive, but very professional and responsive to requests. They did carpentry work, caulked and prepped, and then painted the exterior. They did an excellent and timely job. My wife was pregnant at the time, and we asked for extra precaution against chemical paint smells and debris, and Bill and his team did a great job communicating with us and working to make the environment safe. Very much appreciated his attentive to details and our concerns.

I hired
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
for exterior and interior painting of our home. I was very happy with Mr.
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
’s quick response for a bid, the response to the project, the communication between myself and Mr.
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
, and the quality of the workmanship. The painters were very courteous, hardworking and responsive to our requests. They also were courteous in working around the other contracted workers at the same time. Our home project is stalled for the moment and we plan to hire this group to come later to finish some interior work. We are extremely pleased with the quality work standards of

The team did an excellent job, despite many days with inclement weather that delayed their work. They even worked on a weekend to get the job done. The initial stain did not take as well as we would have liked (there was some streaking in several areas), and Mr.
Nashville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
and his team returned and applied another coat of stain to the entire deck. When they were finished they returned all of our furniture to the area and cleaned everything up. Excellent job, great price, and wonderfully responsive company.
