After 4 weeks, I called. From the girl's response, they had forgotten to schedule the rest of the work. I accepeted the bid in early May, they finished in mid-

. I paid promptly as they did work. I was away after the stain, they had the nerve to call within 2 weeks wanting payment for the stain. I can understand 4-6 weeks, but 14 days after I waited 2 months with NO apology is ridiculous. AND the invoice was backdated 4 weeks to June appearing 6 weeks overdue. I repeatedly asked them to call me at work with answers to my questions, which they never did UNTIL they called me for money. The hassle isn't worth it."
