Paint was coming off the hood and front fenders of my '06 Ford Taurus due to a bad paint job in the past.

looked the car over and gave me a full explanation of the work that would be done as well as a written estimate. The estimate was about $1000 less than other places I had taken the car. Work was scheduled and done on time; no surprises! The car looks like new. Additionally, I needed an estimate for a paint job on an older car.

readily admitted that his price was too high for a car of that age, but referred me to another shop where the price was more reasonable. I will take my car there again if needs be!

Great. They save me $400 over the body shop recommended by insurance. The car looked beautiful. They cleaned it inside and out. I'd definitely use them again.

I had some damage on my truck that I wanted repaired. I had gotten a few estimates about 6 months ago but they were all too high considering my truck is 13 years old. I went to see this company based on Angies list. The owner looked at my truck listened to what I was trying to accomplish and gave me an excellent price to repair and repaint the fender.
I booked an appointment with them the next week. Unfortunately, my son's car blew up and he needed a replacement vehicle so I gave him the truck. Since I was giving it away I did not get it fixed at

. If you need an estimate go see them. The service was great and I am sure the work would be the same.

The staff was professional and kept me informed. However, when I came to pick up my car, it was covered in spots of tar. At first they denied that it occurred at their shop eventhough the car had been stored outside. The finally removed the tar. It took several workers and a good 45 minutes. When I got home I found the following things wrong: the color of the paint did not match, there was rippling in the paint, the sliding door didn't always close automatically, and the corner of the new bumper did not stay attached to the body of the car. I took the car back in, they said they fixed the problems but they didn't. The bumper keeps popping out and I had to take it somewhere else to have them replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the sliding door so it would close.

When I first called them, they simply scheduled the repair without seeing the car, or even asking me what kind of car it was. The first appointment they had was over a month out. I wasn't in any particular hurry, so I accepted that. When I took the car in (Monday), they gave me absolutely no idea when it would be finished. They promised to keep in touch, but they didn't. I had to call them. Then they told me it would be finished on Thursday or Friday. Again, they did not call to say whether it was finished or whether they would keep it over the weekend. On the following Monday, I called and left a message saying they had said the car would be finished on Thursday or Friday, so I was coming over to pick it up. It was finished, except for one trim part they had ordered which had not come in. I took the car and held back $100 of the contract price. The part came in later that week and the gentleman called me to say that. The work is now finished. The repairs seem to be all right (ask me again in a year if it all starts to rust). The price seemed extraordinarily high. In the end, it cost over $4,000 to repair this car, 40% of the current bluebook value, and 25% of what I paid for the car 5 years ago--and there was absolutely no structural damage to the car. My insurance company paid for all of the damage. I know that auto body shop work is expensive and thankfully, I have had few experiences with this in my lifetime.

Very good job start to finish. I took the truck in for an estimate on Friday. After comparing other bids, I took the truck in Monday morning, was told the repair would take three days and that I could pick up my truck on Thursday. Mid-day Thursday, I received a call. My truck was ready. The job was done as promised and the quality of the work was excellent. The manager told me the work was warrantied for the life of the truck.

Took my car in on Monday for an estimate to replace my front bumper. Accurate representative discussed my options of using a new or an after-

bumper. Written estimate was provided for both options. I took the car back in the next day to have the work completed. They estimated that the work would take two days, so I was expecting to pickup the car on Wednesday evening. They called me mid-Wednesday morning to let me know my car was ready. When I went to pickup the car, it was ready and waiting. The paperwork was ready in the office, so I just had to pay and they gave me the keys. Very good, painless experience.

I must say, this place pleasantly surprised me. They are great. I got a rental car right there are the center and they were done sooner than they said they would be. My car was very clean upon them returning it to me, the staff was helpful and I was happy with them.

I had some damage to the front end of my Porsche. I called my auto broker, from whom we have purchased several cars, and asked him who to take it to. He asked me which car I needed work on, and when I told him it was the Porsche, he immediately said that he sends all his "high end" work to

. When I got there, I was a bit shocked, since it is a hole-in-the wall shop behind a strip mall, and the shop is messy and seems in constant chaos. Nevertheless,

gave me a great price for the work, did it promptly as promised, and the work was superb (I am a perfectionist). A few weeks later I had another fender bender with the same car, took it to

, and again got a great job at a fair price. Last week my wife took her BMW there for some rear fender work- same story- great work at a fair price. I don't know how he does it in that shop, but he is a master. Both

and his wife were very pleasant, honest, and prompt. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

Awesome! I got three estimates, and theirs was the cheapest of the three, yet I knew they had a reputation for quality. After they got the bumper off, they discovered another part needed replaced, which they ordered from Honda, but even with that, the final price ended up being LESS than the original estimate, and the paint match was perfect! Also, as an extra bonus, they washed and detailed the van inside and out, and it was very dirty! The repair was not covered by insurance, so we definitely appreciated the price. The Honda body shop was over $200 more!
