Air Duct Cleaning reviews in Nashville

The provider was very professional when I called to set up the appointment.. He scheduled the appointment based on my schedule which was very helpful. The provider arrived at the time he said that he would. He answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with his attitude and work ethic. He assured me that the vent itself was fine and did not attempt to "upsell" in any way. The job was accomplished in an professional and efficient manner.

They did a great job. Also, they gave great tips about keeping things cleaner in the duct system and things we needed to fix in our old house to help out.

The provider explained what he was going to do and how each step would help to clean and deodorize the vents. The Angies list price was $200 but the provider performed two additional functions that were each half price. When he was finished he cleaned up any mess that he had made, gathered up all of his tools, I paid him and he left. The whole operation took about two hours. He was very knowledgeable about allergies and clean air and told me about things that I could do to make the air quality in my home much better. Without being extremely critical, he let me know where things could be done better and what that would mean to me.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs their vents cleaned and the air cleaned. He told me there were only two companies that did only vents and he was one of them. The others do things like cleaning carpets also.

Scheduling was

and the technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional and went right to work. The large HVAC unit was inspected and the entire system was cleaned/vacuumed, including all the vents in 3000 sf of space! The machine made a lot of noise, but this was all done before we moved in to get rid of dust, allergens and pet dander. He explained their service plan but didn't suggest any repairs or try to get us to purchase additional services. Overall, a fantastic price for this service as most providers charge an additional $10 per vent after the first 10 or so. We are very pleased and will definitely call

when we need HVAC services in the future.

They were hired to clean the air ducts in my home. It appears they were subcontracting for Blue Sky Duct Cleaning on a national livingsocial coupon. First of all, the 1-3pm time slot turned into a 4:30 arrival. Second issue, they did not wear booties in the house so they tracked mud throughout the house. Third, they dragged their vacuum through the mud, didn't clean it, and brought more mud into the house. Fourth, they claimed there was mold in the system and treatment was required. I debated for a while, but decided to let them do it. After further investigation, I found out that they did not perform the treatment correctly. The instructions from the chemical manufacturers were pretty clear and the technicians did not follow them. Fifth, they charged $250 for this poorly performed mold treatment. I could have bought the products for less than $20 and spent less than ten minutes applying them they way they did. For $250 I expect it to be done right. Sixth, they insisted on having a check written rather than using a credit card. For this, they didn't charge tax. Obviously this will be unreported income. Not a huge deal, but does show the lack of professionalism. Overall, this company appears to be a fly-by-night, unprofessional company with a lack of ethics.

Crew was scheduled to arrive between 12.00 and 3.00 but arrived after 3.00. The crew arrived and finished so late that I did not have time to check the work or do the math on the invoice because I had to pick up kids. When I returned, I discovered dirt and debris around and in the vents and ductwork. My laundry room had dryer lint all over one of the walls. I left a message on the

toll-free and 615 area code numbers, stating my dissatisfaction and indicating that I planned to stop payment on the check. I received a call the next business day from someone who took notes on my complaint and had a supervisor call me back. I repeated my complaints to the supervisor, and he scheduled a time to come out and inspect the work done. Supervisor did not show up or call. In the meantime, my bank paid the check. Since then, my phone calls and e-mails to

have gone unanswered. I have
since discovered that, due to an addition error on the invoice, I paid even more than the sum total of the “services provided.” In short, the

crew arrived late, made a huge mess, failed to do what they were hired to do and overcharged me.

EXCELLENT! Two nice gentlemen arrived just when promised and went over the entire house to make sure of duct placements. Found a great deal of material in the ducts to be cleaned out from recent addition of added insulation. Former owners had animals that ruined certain ductwork that could not be successfully cleaned, which was replaced at a very nominal rate.
Second home I have used them in, and could not be happier.

Satisfied with the cleaning, but was disappointed that I had to pay $125 extra to include the return vents. I assumed that "access panels" meant all duct openings were included in the deal price of $89.95. I'm not sure if the technicians that did the job were subcontracted or employees of I-Clean. They were very nice.
- Florence L.

The schedule for the work was arranged on the first call, and the work crew arrived a couple of days later exactly as scheduled. The cleaning went well, with a ton of dirt being extracted from extremely dirty (perhaps never cleaned) ducts in the house we have just moved into. Fast, efficient, and thorough, they also cleaned the drying duct, which turned out to contain a bird next along with everything else. We were very pleased with the service.

See above I am very unhappy with the way this service was provided, the actions of the tech and the recommendation from Angie's list. Do not intend to use this company again nor take any recommendation from Angie's List.o
