"I called around for a new water heater. These guys are the only ones that answer there phone. The plumber I talked to spent time with me on the phone making sure I even needed a new water heater. In fact he gave me a a few thing to check. He helped me get it going over the phone. The water heater could have been repaired, But I trusted these guys. and had them replace the water heater anyway. In the mean time other plumbers called me back with prices and attitudes. That told me I got lucky with this company. Very honest service."
