In fact he gave me a a few thing to check. He helped me get it going over the phone. The water heater could have been repaired, But I trusted these guys. and had them replace the water heater anyway. In the mean time other plumbers called me back with prices and attitudes. That told me I got lucky with this company. Very honest service."
