"Absolutely horrible!

, the woman who gave us an estimate, promised she would be present on the day of the move. Never showed, never called. After they filled the moving van, we were forced to leave some furniture behind with neighbors and family at the last minute. When we arrived in CA, MANY of the boxes had only one or two items. Had they been packed properly, ALL our things could have been loaded. They didn't even offer to ship the rest of our stuff. MANY broken and damaged items. However, the insurance we bought had a $500 deductible. Basically, you pay them for a policy that permits them to break $500 worth of your stuff. One of the damaged items was made by my father, now deceased. How does one value that? One item (family pictures in a frame) ended up in San

- 120 miles away! Many more examples if I had the space. Moving is already stressful, but if you use this company, you deserve the hell they will bring upon you."
