"He knew what was wrong. He showed me the bad part from the furnace, then he went to purchase the part and replaced it with an aftermarket part. He's very honest about things. "Initially all work went really well. Then the first time they pressure tested the ducts, it didn't pass. Rather that try to patch up the old ducts, they tried to sell me a new duct system. After getting a 2nd opinion from the local gas supplier, they came back, patched the old ducts, pressure tested the system again. This time it passed! I now have a new Trane unit. Everything works great."
