"I was able to schedule an appt with technician which was convenient for my work schedule. He arrived on time and went right to work. He explained each of the areas that he would checking after I made him aware of the problem -- and then after the intial inspection confirmed the solution for the problem. He detailed the necessary repair and quoted the total cost. (The $75 Service Fee did go toward the Repair.)

"Came home from vacation, and computer would not power up. I disconnected all the peripherals, and took it to the
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
at Best Buy, in the early afternoon (Saturday). They took a fast look, found nothing obvious, and said I'll have to leave it, and it would probably be done Monday. Oh woe! In the early evening they called me, said that the power supply was out, a new one would be $60 + tax, and if I gave the OK, they would have it done in about an hour. I did, and picked it up later that evening. Life was good again!

",A complete joke and an utter waste of time, don't be deceived by initial contact, we arranged for him to install security cameras, fixed a date and a time, which involved me taking time off work to be at the site,at the appointment time he was a no show, several calls, several hours ,no response nothing, then that evening I went on to his website and emailed him stating that he had missed the appointment , I got a response the next day, he could not keep the appointment because of the weather, which was a lie because there was no rain on that date, apart from which there is this nifty little invention called a telephone........I can understand if a bigger job comes up, you might want to postpone a small job, but have the integrity and common courtesy to call, Extremely unprofessional, use him at your own risk

"I looked at a few places to fix our YLOD PS3. We had tried a few things to get the unit working, including opening it and cleaning the dust out, and trying an alternate hard drive to see it that would turn on. Nothing worked, so we decided to have it fixed. I liked
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
' website, and the convenience of their UPS services. They also had great Google reviews! I chose them, entered my information (including an extra fan-installation service), paid, and printed the shipping label. I shipped my PS3 out the next day.
The next day, I realized we had left our extra hard drive in it instead of the original hard drive! I emailed
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
support right away to let them know that our unit was on it's way and it had a non-PS3 HD in it. It took a day or so for them to answer, but they said it was fine and would not effect their ability to repair it.
I received an automated email a few days later, telling me my unit had arrived and it was being worked on. I wasn't sure how long it would take, so I waited. And waited.
10-12 days after they received the unit, I started wondering where the heck my PS3 was! It had to be on it's way back by now. I called and spoke to someone who told me he would track it down and call me back. He called back and said he had found it on the in-store-pickup shelf for some unknown reason. He also said that it was diagnosed as un-fixable right after it came in and it had been sitting there. We were very disappointed!! I do not fault them for not being able to fix our unit, but they should have contacted us right away. I mean, when you shell out $120+, you anxiously await the return of your device, right?!
They gave us the reasonable option of a refund minus shipping to ship our unit back to us, OR the choice for a full refund and our console would be recycled (and the hard drive sent back free). We chose the latter and ended up buying a used PS3

Overall, I definitely would use these guys again, mostly because of the UPS shipping option. That's great for 9-5 people like me who don't have time to run the unit in during the business day.

"Since the bad circuit board in the pinball machine was a modern replacement I still had the original which allowed the game to still function for awhile.
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
wiped the dust off a sensor on the air hockey table which fixed it and to his credit he did determine what was causing the pinball machine to malfunction. He charged a $175 service call plus a $50 down payment towards the repair of the pinball machine CPU circuit board and he would only accept cash. The next day he called and said that it would cost $154 to fix the circuit board and return it to me. He would only accept a Western Union money order for the $154 which I though was very odd and should have raised a red flag for me. I went ahead and did this and within a few weeks
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
said that the board was fixed and he would send it to me. Well I never received it and I asked
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
if he had sent it to which he replied that he had. I also asked if he had insured it, again he replied that he had. He said he would get back with me on this and never did. I have tried calling him repeatedly and have either had to leave messages on his answering machine or with people. I have also gotten him personally but he is always "in the middle of something" and will call me back which he never has.

"I purchased a Magellan RoadMate 2145T at BJ's in Ft.
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
, FL on May 1, 2013. The unit stopped working on
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
. 14, 2013. I called tech-support on
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
. 31, 2013 and the nightmare began!! I was put on hold for over an hour - then was instructed to play with the broken unit as if I was an idiot who didn't know how to turn it on!!! Once the "tech-support" person finally realized the unit would not work, I was put on hold for another 20 minutes to get an address to mail the unit back!! Oh, by the way, I was informed that the one year warrenty only entitled me to a "refurbished" unit after one month (really small print) and then was told I had to submit the original receipt - which I can't find after seven months!!! Therefore, no refund!!!!
The tech-support number is in India or some other non English speaking country - I could not understand half of what the reps were saying and had to ask them to repeat what they were saying many times.
DO NOT BUY A MAGELLAN GPS!!!! The units are substandard - the service is non-existant - the company is unresponsive - AND - the "tech-support" is a complete joke!!!

"TriCounty
Modesto Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
fixed a problem that a sister company could not. They came at the time they promised (early, in fact), and I was told that they would send a senior tech to take care of the problem and they did -- at no charge.
I appreciate companies who, to use TriCounty

's tagline, promise a lot and deliver more. Thank you!
I highly recommend them.

"My cell phone is "protected" by a rubber case. I dropped it from a 2nd floor landing so it bounced on a table and then onto a tile floor. Tried to make a phone call, and received a

"7) Install carbon monoxide / smoke detectors
8) Recaulk / additional caulking on one tub where needed.
I can't say enough good things about these folks: all businesses should operate this way. When I first contacted them about the needed repairs, they replied promptly. After every question I asked, I received a prompt, on-point, thorough answer. The things I needed done were not emergencies, so I told them that whenever they could find time they could do them. They promptly scheduled an appointment about 3 weeks in the future. I somehow feel that if I had had an emergency, they might have been able to get to me much quicker.
On the day of the visit, they arrived promptly, and found the townhouse and the visitor parking on their own. Both workers were intelligent, analytical, skilled, good listeners, thorough, efficient, careful and knew how to do everything on the list. They went to Home Depot on their own for supplies. We talked about one potential future project, not in the maintenance and repair category, and they said the would be able to do that as well (install new French doors). They were friendly and polite and a delight to have in the house.
I engaged them to do work on my daughter's house, which is in their service area. I am so impressed with them that I want to pay them travel time and mileage to work on my house (not in their service area).
I think the best thing about them is that they are able to do so many different things. If you have a whole list of things requiring different skill sets and find it discouraging to have to locate a group of different people and set up different appointments, I would definitely run everything past these folks first. They're outstanding.
