Minneapolis Piano Movers Reviews

"We were very pleased with the punctuality and honesty of

. We called midweek to see if they would be able to help move and tune our piano, and if they could take away our old one that didn't hold a tune. They were available that Saturday morning so we scheduled them. We received a call about 15 minutes before they came and they arrived punctually. They laid down carpet to protect our rugs and wood floors and tuned the spinet piano that had been moved. They were courteous and careful; we would definitely hire them again.
"I spoke with Nick the owner and he sold me on his company by telling me about their service, facilities and levels of service they provided. We set a date and the movers called a half hour ahead and arrived right on time. I gave them direction on the overall plan of attack and they went at it. Crew leader, Nick, had a hard working team. They also moved my piano and did a good job with it. I found them to be extremely professional and courteous. A good company to go with. They say what they do and do what they say."
"I like them. I called them at the last moment and they were able to do the work. I would use them in the future. "
"Both moves went very well. We had a different team each move: both were friendly, quick, and professional. They treated a very valuable instrument with all the care that we would have hoped for!"
"They were very punctual and careful. To get the piano from the truck to my front door they had to navigate a hill and many steps; they didn't complain at all. The owner was also very friendly when I called to coordinate the move. They also were great about notifying both parties about their estimated arrival."
"In brief: Very contentious! They called one day in advance for the move time. Very punctual! They called from five minutes out and arrived EXACTLY at the time promised (on a Saturday with pouring rain no less). Very nice! The guys where very friendly and were really concerned about my piano and what I wanted. Very reasonable! Their rate for my move was lower than the pizza I would have had to buy for four or five friends to move my piano (with possible disastrous results for the piano)! I TOTALLY recommend this company!"
"It took several phone calls to get arranged which was frustrating. Mover showed up alone one hour late and expected me to help move piano out of one home into the other because he didn't have someone to help him. A piece got broken in the move; it took almost three weeks and 4 phone calls to get the piece repaired and returned. I did appreciate blowing out the piano on the front lawn and the "free concerts."

is a great jazz pianist.
"Faster than I'd imagined, I called in the afternoon and

wanted to do the work that very evening. It took a bit longer to arrive than originally planned, but okay by our standards. As with others,

took time to blow out the dust from the instrument's inner workings (with a fancy piano-technician's tool called a leaf blower, You never know what might come in handy I guess) and pointed out a couple of loose things that could stand a bit of regulating, and he recommended a local guy who does tuning right in our own neighborhood. It was also nice to hear good things about the instrument, which was originally my grandmother's own living room piano some 50 years ago."
"The price was okay, comparable to others, ended up going with a different company because their schedule worked better. I have no doubt this company would have done a fine job."
"The movers did an excellent job negotiating narrow hallways and steps. Took very good care of the piano and reassured a very nervous person in the process. Showed up when they said they would, made the process smooth and easy."
