"I was impressed by their whole approach to the project. When

(owner) first gave me a bid, he really looked at the yard noting that we liked rusted iron, rocks, curved bed lines and then suggested the weathered

's expertise, good humor, and accessible demeanor. After several days of rain, the crew came to work on the project. When I came home from work in the middle of the day I was surprised that they were already laying the stone. I met the other owner

who was the lead man on laying the stone. I also met the other two crew members. All of them were professional, polite, and obviously took pride in their work. They returned the next day to complete the work and seed the lawn. I would also like to note that we had a length of chain link fence that was leaning; they removed that piece to get the loader in the yard and reinstalled it so it is now standing straight up.

even went to Home Depot to purchase a part for the fence. Am ever grateful for the "better than it was" care."

"This is a company of novices. Nice folks, but from the draftsmen to the electrician....they made changes to the original plans without consulting me. Dimensions were altered "to save money". The work did not pass city inspections for basement block or electrical on the first time. Flooring, door hanging, and interior/exterior trim work had to be redone several times....each! This company can NOT hang doors or level floors to save their own lives. They need to invest in a functioning commercial grade level....and use it! Get someone else to hang doors, please. They did eventually get it right, but if you want someone to do the work right the first time, do not rely on this company to deliver. Resulting delays and redoing of work made this project last over 4 months. Even though I am enjoying the final product (with an accommodation for an area of non-level flooring), the thought of them on my property makes my blood pressure rise. I will compliment the subcontracted cement, landscape, and drywall men....excellent job! As I have stated above, the final product is very nice and I spend most of my waking hours in my new kitchen. It is just that that 4+month period was like a very pain filled pregnancy. Glad it is over!"

was our salesperson and installer. He brought samples of all of the sizes and colors available and made design suggestions when we were stuck. We chose to go with a herringbone pattern with a soldier course for our parking pads. And they look fantastic! Many of our neighbors stopped by during the install and admired the new look.

--our salesperson and installer--was excellent! He and his crew were extremely fast. They removed our old asphalt driveway and brought in dirt to build up one section. They were more than happy to create a little retaining wall using the exact stones we have elsewhere in the yard. We supplied some of them and they acquired the rest so finding a match was important and they made that happen. They even worked through the cold and rain of an early spring weekend. A couple of other quick notes. Since the pavers aren't concrete, when they had to cut them for the herringbone pattern there was no concrete dust, no screaming concrete saw, and what sawing they had to do was very quick. Nice for those of us who work at home and are around for the installation...also for our neighbors. Also, since the pavers sit on a grid system the install is extremely fast...which saves on labor costs. We definitely appreciated that! All in all, we love our new parking pads!"
