"They are very clear that they are a no-frills place, but what you get for the price is amazing. Clearly, they care about animals - this was evident from the very first phone conversation where they were giving me helpful information about dog care, aside from taking my information. Bringing the dog in is quite easy, then when you pick them up, they bring them right to the car for you. Really a quality experience and we will definitely be using them again!"

. The play areas were divided for temperament and energy levels of the dogs. I could see that my high energy puppy would not be bothering older, quieter dogs and he would have appropriate playmates. The sleep areas were not cages, but little rooms with well-thought-out touches such as slightly elevated beds so that if he would spill his water his pillow wouldn't get wet. The handlers in the play areas were watching at all times and intervening if necessary, treating the dogs very kindly. My dog stayed there a week and a half. I came home to find a very happy and tired puppy. It was obvious he had had a great time playing and had been well taken care of. "
