We were so impressed with the work they did! All involved (4 in total) were very nice and answered all of our questions. When the inspector came the first thing he said was "
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
sure does nice work". It was clear that they were very professional!

Service went very well. Got a call and a punctual arrival. Service provider was polite and knowledgeable, waiting to ensure the job was complete and the a/c was working well before leaving.

I have a gravity furnace in a rental property and wanted a quote for replacing the gravity furnace. I contacted
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
to come out for a quote. Initially they were very fast and responsive and were great to work with. During the review we saw that the gravity furnace wouldn't turn on. The person I was working with called one his service people who was able to come out and replace the thermal coupling. During this process the service person suggested repairing the chimney liner because it was in bad shape. I agreed and the work was done quickly and promptly. I, being no wiser, thought they did a good job.
Fast forward 10 months when I needed to have my furnace inspected to receive my rental license.
I contacted
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
several times via their website and with calls. No response. So I contacted a competitor to conduct the inspection. The service person from the competitor said that he was unable to give me a pass on the furnace inspection because some the duct, which runs from the furnace to the chimney had pinholes. Whoever worked on replacing the duct decided to replace only some of it. A brand new piece of duct emerges from the chimney where it meets the old, unreplaced, pinholed duct and then a new piece of duct is connected to the old piece to the furnace. New, old, new. The competitor could only speculate why a portion of the duct work wouldn't be replaced when pinholes were clearly visible. So now the competitor is replacing that one piece of duct.
TL;DR: I'm having a competitor complete an earlier duct work job so that I can pass inspection and receive the rental license for the property. I wish
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
would have returned one of my calls or emails.

To schedule maintenance waiting time was 3 weeks. Once unit brokedown, service time was moved up.
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
came and as always was helpful, professional and pleasant. He did not provide any service to increase cost until he could ascertain we would get the parts. Unfortunately, parts come directly from Samsung it took a week to find out parts were available and another 8 days for them to be shipped. Once parts came in, service was scheduled promptly and
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
finished service promptly.

I called this company on a recommendation from a friend for a mini split AC install. I scheduled an appointment and they called to reschedule. I understand those things happen. The person who came for the estimate was on time and quickly walked through my home. I expected to get my estimate from the company in a few days. I didn't hear back from them. I called them after two weeks when I hadn't received and estimate to remind them that I was waiting. I still haven't heard back from them and my appointment for the estimate was nearly three weeks ago. Needless to say I'm not planning on using this company.

First thing he checked were the spark plugs. That was the problem exactly. He told us that that is common and to not feel silly about it. He said it was a super old AC that we should not put any more money into. I really appreciated his help. We managed to basically just temporarily fix the rickety broken and noisy top by just putting some heavy bricks on top. He made sure to warn me about covering the top too much. And gave me directions as to who to talk to whent he time comes for a new AC.

On Thursday we discovered that our hot water heater had quit working. We called
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
that day and they were able to come out Friday morning. They said that we could patch it for $500 or replace it for $1300. We opted to replace it, but then decided to upgrade to a more expensive model. We generally buy middle of the road for most things so it was an easy upgrade decision to make. After everything was said and done we ended up paying $1900.
I thought the service went as smooth as you could hope. The service was prompt and professional. We have our hot water working again and feel that what we have now should last a long time!

Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was recommended as a Nest certified HVAC by Nest tech support. All I needed was a new thermostat wire run. I called
Minneapolis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
as the first one on the list provided by Nest. I immediately got someone on the phone although it was after normal business hours, which was great. That individual didn't/couldn't schedule service, but promised that a technician would call to schedule service within 2 hours. Never got a call. Called again the next day and got the same response from the person on the phone, they couldn't schedule, but a technician would call within 2 hours to schedule. Again, no response.

He quickly diagnosed it was the capacitor and replaced it and had the A/C up and running within 15 minutes. Love it when the serviceman knows his stuff! The only bad spot was the price for this little piece ($168.00) - ouch! But we're "cool" again and that's what matters.

Terrible customer service. They were scheduled to look at our boiler to see if leaks were covered under warranty. Appointment was set for Monday during a 1-5 window--they never showed up or called. FInally, I called at 5:30 and was assured they were on their way. Again a no show and no call. After several tries, I finally got in touch with them the next day. Five days and two appointments later they inform me that the work is not covered under warranty. Many hours wasted just to find our that can't help us. If I had a
