I have a small rental apartment that I contacted
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
about cleaning following the tenant moving out. They assured me they did move in/move out cleaning. I sent an email prior to them coming explaining that the tenants had left it extremely messy and I was concerned that they may need more time.
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
told me their products may not cut through grease like I expected but no other concerns were raised. They also had the address of the property (5th Ave N in Minneapolis) and no concerns were raised.
The cleaners were supposed to be there at 10:30; at 11:35 I received a call that they had just arrived and they would not be able to do the cleaning I asked for because they did not work in that type of neighborhood and they could not do that type of cleaning. When asked why, she stated their products were ecofriendly and would not be effective enough. I asked if they could just clean what they could and I was told no because of the neighborhood.
The apartment had 2 small bedrooms which only needed to be swept and mopped and windows cleaned along with closets cleaned inside. The bathroom needed no abnormal cleaning, smalll living room needed to be swept, mopped, and windows clean. Kitchen did need lots of attention but I'm sure their products could have cleaned the counter tops, cupboards, and refrigerator. The bottom line is they didn't like the neighborhood so didn't want to clean there - so in otherwards if you don't live in a rich and fancy neighborhood don't call
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
. It isn't the nicest neighborhood but it's also not the worst, particularly during the day. I have never felt unsafe there by myself.
I am extremely unhappy; particularly, because someone made a judgement made on prejudice. ANy concerns could have been raised previously. Now I have new tenants coming to move in and no cleaning done.

I was very pleased with how great the service provided by this cleaning company was. Not only did they get rid of all the dust, dirt, and clutter that had been building up for weeks, but I was also amazed to see how well they were able to clean the counters, floors, and corners of the apartment that my roommates and I had no desire going near. We also have a dog and a cat, so lingering pet hair had been a problem throughout the entire time we have been living here, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they managed to get rid of all of that as well; you would never know we have had animals living here for the past year thanks to their services!

Within a day or two of contacting
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
, someone came out to do an estimate, and walk me through exactly what they would be doing. When I checked around, I found their pricing very competitive. They are very busy, so getting on their schedule took a few weeks, but well worth the wait. They sent in a team of 3, arrived on time, and left the house looking great. I can't emphasize the extent of the mess they were up against. The best way to describe it is that they cleaned as that of my OCD mother who was a cleaning lady, very thorough. They did exactly what they agreed to do. I prepared the house by taking things off of the surfaces so they could use their time deep cleaning. They were very kind about my dog who was in the kennel for part of the time. I left them to do their work because I believe housecleaners can get more done if I'm not here.

It went well - staff were prompt and personable. Cleaning was sufficient albeit not as deep/thorough, in general, as with two other Angie's List providers whose vouchers I have purchased. That said, one worker did take the initiative to closely vacuum around radiators where there was peeling paint.
The name '
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
' refers to a scented product used at the end of the cleaning process which I was not asked about in advance and which I would not have chosen to be done.

It started out well. They were quick to respond and accommodated my desired date (it was 3 weeks out at the time though), and 2 days before I heard my renters had gotten delayed so I called to reschedule. They did a good job finding me a date close to what I wanted. I wasn't there but left them instructions on getting in. I checked on it the next day and was surprised to find that while mostly good, there were several missed spots. There was a dollar coin sized spot on the counter where some liquid type thing had dried up. I have black granite countertops, so I was a little bit shocked to see that because it was fairly visible. They did a wonderful job on the inside of the fridge, but did a horrendous job on the inside of the oven. The door still had stuff all over the inside (easy off should and did take this right off). Also whatever they used to scrub the inside of the oven completely took the shiny coat off of the inside. It had to be something abrasive and incorrect for an oven. I'm extremely disappointed and now will be forced to replace that range in the next year (it was only 3 years old and had a lot of life left).
I had also asked them to vacuum and wet wipe the inside of all the drawers/cabinets and completely wipe the front of all the cabs/drawers. They clearly didn't completely wipe the fronts or used an inappropriate cleaner as there were still spots. Several of the insides had also not been cleaned. I had previously had every shelf/drawer/cab covered in contact paper, which I gave them permission to rip out, and it looks like all they did was rip it out.
All in all very disappointing, and very expensive. Well, considering that their cleaning fee now includes the cost of a new range.

Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
has done a great job of cleaning our home. They are flexible with schedule changes and consistently make phone call reminders of up-coming service. When we made special requests to clean specific areas of the house, they accommodated with no problems. On price, I think they're a little on the high side, but I'm guessing that's due to the "green clean" certification and the requirement for use of specific cleaners.

I have been using
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
for recurring cleaning at my home in
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
for about 24 months. The teams are extremely thorough and efficient, and the services provided have been consistently of high quality. I have been very happy with the service provided by the cleaners themselves, with my only criticism falling in the areas of my dealings with the office staff/ownership. First, I'd say that the service provided is at the very high-end of the scale toward expensive/over-priced. The hours charged for each visit relative to the amount of time spent by the team cleaning are toward the aggressive side of the spectrum, based on my observations. Secondly, rescheduling a visit from the usual recurring schedule of cleanings can be a bit of work as
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
/
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
don't apparently build much wiggle-room into the calendar to allow for flexibility and occasionally-required rescheduling for their customers.
Despite these 2 areas of concern, my overall experience with
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
has been a positive one. Having to pay a bit more for the knowledge of a reliable/bonded/insured crew of employees is worth the additional cost to me (versus having to worry about legal status and overall staffing reliability with some other independant and/or lower-priced service providers) and having to work around the tight level of scheduling (occassionally resulting in an extended period between scheduled visits) from the 'home office' is typically manageable.
A final note: At least one of the teams does consistently misspell my first name on the cards left at the home after the cleaning, but that is more amusing to me than annoying.

On June 1, 2014 I agreed to allow
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
to charge me $65 for a house cleaning date of
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
31, 2014. I anticipated the charge would be made to my credit card on the date of service. On June 30, when I received my June Visa bill I saw that
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
had billed me $81 on June 2 and a duplicate charge of $81 on June 12. I called MP to have them credit my card for the $16 excess and to remove the duplicate $81 charge from 6/12.
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
told me that they would need to work on this and get back to me. I did not get a call back that day so I called twice on June 1 and left voice mails each time. I called on June 2 and spoke to
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
again who said that I’d need to talk to the owner, and that she would give the owner my message. I asked for the owner’s name and number and was given

at 952.500.0885.
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
did not call me and so later that day I called her twice and left her voice mails each time. Having received no response other than the initial “talk to the owner” and no compensation I have no alternative but to cancel the service. On June 3 I called the office to cancel my appointment. I left a voice mail because yet again, no one answered the phone. Their website does not provide a way to cancel an appointment, nor does it give a mailing address so that I could send a certified note. Also on June 3 I called owner
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
on her own number and left her a voice mail. After I made the initial agreement
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
called me three times saying that they didn’t have my information, nor an appointment. Yet somehow she had my name and phone number. Since that time,
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
has never contacted me of their own volition, I have made all of the calls to them. It appears to me that this is a scam to use my credit card fraudulently, to bill me for services not rendered and to not allow me to prove that I have called them to cancel the appointment. I cannot allow these people into my home as they have proven themselves untrustworthy and unethical.

Sparkled!!! My husband's favorite part was they dusted the 2" wood blinds. I was very satisfied with the work done. I am quite fussy and I found very little to complain about, and that was all very minor. Have recommended them to my friends.

The cleaning company I had scheduled ( reliable cleaners) somehow lost my appointment from their calendar. I called the night before to confirm and they didn't know a thing about me. I desparately searched Angle's list for another company at 5pm at night. I left a few messages for cleaning services explaining my situation.
Minneapolis Cleaning Services Provider Name Locked
messaged me back 30 mins later. They left me a cell number so I would be sure to be able to reach them. The office number wouldn't work after hours. I spoke to them about 6:30 they agreed to the job and were clear about their rates time etc. They called a few hrs early the next day to confirm the service. They arrived within the time frame they said they would and they got the job done by the time I needed it done. Everyone was happy. They were enthusiastic and thuroguh. I wonder how I got so lucky? Excellent affordable professional service.
