" Company was very expensive and did an okay job. They were friendly. They were fine. However I just felt that I can get the same value and service from someone else at a cheaper price. I’m not planning on using them again."

"The 2 women came today, it girl had 2 cleaning rags. She said the rags were appropriate for picking up dust. They looked like cut up towels. They had ? of a bottle of spray and windex and do deep cleaning. They did the bathroom, they skimmed over everything, didn?t get in the corners. They shook out the doilies in the room. I have a cat, all the dust/hair ...more was flying all over the place. The cloths were so thick that they didn?t get into any crevices. I actually had to go behind and clean after they cleaned. Eventually I told them to leave. They stated if I didn?t pay them they would leave. They called the supervisor (the same women who came initially) and she was telling me a different thing than the women were. I took them back to the room, and they said they could not reclean the room because they had already been in there and they weren?t allowed to go back in. They would have to come back at another time and redo the cleaning. They put me on an hourly rate. It was supposed to be $240 for a deep clean. Because of the phone calls, an hourly rate of $90. They dumped the scrub bucket on my front steps and threw their rags at me."

"Not only did a different team appear each month (April, May & June) but the quality of work declined. I found several chores poorly done or skipped altogether. The teams were in and out so quickly that they could not have possibly performed adequately. At this point, I was feeling resentful toward the team individuals involved. I asked Holly not to send these same individuals any more, and to let me know as soon as she could accommodate me with a fresh team. That was last June. Early in September, I phoned Holly to let her know I was still interested in their services and find out if she could accommodate me with a fresh team. Several weeks later I left a voice message for Holly but, so far, I have not heard back from this service. I suspect they are not interested in my business an I have decided to seek help elsewhere."
