He also showed us many homes that he had previously renovated or built and the work seem to be done very poorly and too quick.

"In the final stages of the project, a few items were left to be wrapped up later. They moved on to another project, and I had terrible difficulties in getting them to respond or finish the work. On one of the rare occasions that they did return and do work, they caused damage that will require me to hire a painting crew. The city will now not sign off ...more on this work. He had also agreed to do additional work, then reneged on that agreement when he booked another project. Got paint on our carpet."
