came out and measured and provided us with an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and guided us in adjusting our design to work with our space and the materials we had chosen. We paid half down. We received a phone call when our glass was done being manufactured and scheduled a delivery and installation date shortly after that, which was only 15 days after we'd ordered it. The two installers were prompt, clean and courteous. The installation was super. The clear caulk was very neatly applied. The enclosure works exactly as it should, no leaking anywhere. We love it! It's beautiful!"

"I called and set up a time for him to come do the work. He didn't show up, and when contacted, said he thought it was a "window" of time (no pun intended). We rescheduled for another day. The next time he arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. However, when we presented the Angie's List coupon, he refused to honor it, saying his prices were the lowest out there, and that Angie's List puts the coupons up without asking him. This was a real disappointment and had a negative impact on the interaction, in spite of the high quality of the work."

"From our first meeting to the day the kitchen was done, I can't imagine how it could have gone any better! Everyone we worked with was totally professional and very respectful of me, my home and my time. The budget and time line we agreed on was very important to me and it was my biggest fear that this project could have turned into several months and several thousand dollars more but was really great about keeping true to his word and I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!!!!! I had ideas of what I didn't want but I have never done a project like this so one of the things that I appreciated the most was that and his wife took the time to present me with options and helped me to make decisions that made my kitchen gorgeous! For instance I would have never thought of the tile backsplash but it makes a HUGE difference and really takes my kitchen to the next level.
and were such a pleasure to work with and really made a project that I was very afraid to attempt so enjoyable I am almost looking forward to remodeling my bathroom.
I thought for sure that my entire home would be dusty, and messy and completely stressful during the four week process, but everyday when I came home it was even neater than when I left that morning. The dust was swept up, there were not any tools or scraps laying about, it was totally tolerable. My finished kitchen is even better than I imagined it could be and I now even enjoy cleaning up after dinner because it is that beautiful."

"They had very good service. The workers were polite and responded promptly to my call. They cleaned up the broken glass and hauled it away. The work was done on the outside so there wasn't any tracking in of glass or dirt."

"Overall the work was done efficiently and extraordinarily well. There were a few problems that they had to overcome and do so well. The wall paper in the hallway was foil and very difficult for to remove, but he was able to do so. The bathroom project went very well and in a short amount of time, roughly a few weeks. The living room, dining room and sun porch were all done within a week and the work was great. Everyone was very polite and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. They did not leave much of a mess at all. Calls were returned promptly and questions that arose by myself, were answered very professionally and well. Everyone was also very friendly."

"Very sweet older woman explained to me that we needed to use nothing more powerful than 25-watt bulbs because, due to the imported quality of the lamp, the glue was getting too hot and releasing from the top cap. It took about a week, but I wasn't in a rush. The cost to fix the lamp was about half what we paid for it, but worth it because we have a matching set. They also fix and do reproductions of transom windows and other custom glass windows, so we will be back when we're ready to fix our bowed 109-year-old glass transom window. She explained to me why our old window had bowed over the years, and that it is very possible to fix it and replace it back in the window. Overall, very informative and high-quality work. Price seems comparable to other places I phoned off Angie's List to get a rough over-the-phone quote before bringing it in."

"My experience with Plus was absolutely wonderful. When I called, happened to be working on a house in my neighborhood, and he came over within a half an hour. He was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and extremely generous with his time. Although I'd worried that the shower might need to be partially rebuilt, he showed me that my problem had a much less drastic solution. He was meticulous in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and he went out of his way to make sure that everything in the shower was as water-tight as it could be. After all that, he refused to accept payment. Needless to say, I feel incredibly lucky to have found him and will be calling him for all my future glass repairs and installations."

"I was pleased with 's work. He was very easy to work with and clearly made every effort to complete the work in a timely, skillful manner. He was open to having me supply the material separately from his bid for the labor, which seemed to work well for both of us. His price was quite fair, almost 10% less than the other competitive bid that I received. We did encounter a few problems during the project, but was extremely reasonable in working out a mutually agreed upon solution. I recommend to others, particularly for those seeking to control costs for smaller renovation projects but desiring a quality result."

" was the most professional contractor we have dealt with in the 39 years we have lived at this address. He didn't promise us the moon, but if he had he would have delivered. His crew [from one to three] was here for almost three weeks. They were very careful to avoid any damage to our gardens and landscaping. They cleaned up after themselves completely each day so there was no after hours mess for us to deal with. The issues that arose during the project were addressed to our complete satisfaction."
