"I contacted Western Contruction to come out and give me a bid for a few new windows and a new detached garage. I was having a hard time between choosing a window, I really liked the look of the wood windows and especially the wood grain but the maintenance can be a pain when you work full time and have three young children.

my salesman brought up the option of doing a vinyl window with a wood grain finish on the inside, he really knew his stuff he also kept in mind I had to stay in budget and I would only have a few windows replaced and finish the rest of the house over next year. My garage was an insurance claim, over the 2010 winter it caved in, my insurance agent suggested

Construction.

had awesome ideas and we decided what was best for my needs. At the time of the incident I had a one car garage to better suit my grown family we needed a two car garage. After the snow had melted this past winter,

came out, tore down my old garage, laid a new slab of cement and driveway, and after a few weeks of the cement laying I had a new two car garage. The process went very smooth and I could not be more impressed, the carpenters were very clean and kept in mind I had children so they made sure and cleaned up each day so I didn't have to worry about them going back there. After everything was through they did one final clean up to double check everything was back in order. Since the time of the garage remodel I added more new windows and I am down to my last one. I would recommend

"The door was measured incorrectly initially, so they ordered the wrong size. They had to place a second order for a door with the correct measurements, which caused the process to take longer than expected. Overall, it was an inconsistent service."

His estimate was right on and that is what we ended up paying.  He did really well and I was impressed by the fact that he cleaned up really well; you couldn’t tell that he was ever at our house.  He was efficient and he called if he had any questions.  I would certainly use him again.

"Framed wall and closet, sheetrocked, hardware for doors and moved lights and switches. Primed wood and sheetrock. All went according to agreement. Very satisfied."

"Had

come out the first time to give quote and do initial install.

was nice enough. The one thing I wish he would've done is show me the working installed doors before leaving. After he left we noticed several issues. The front door wasn't closing right (rubbed frame). The garage door bottom panel of the frame would flex when stepped on. My wife and I were fairly frustrated. Fortunately we got a followup call from the business asking if we were happy with the work. We let them know about the issues and they immediately scheduled

to come out and address the issues.

was also nice and very professional. We reviewed the issues when he arrive and

fixed them. A couple weeks later we noticed our screen door that was reinstalled wasn't closing properly (it was rubbing). We called
Minneapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
and he came back out to fix it too! He noted he didn't think the install caused the issue, but didn't charge us anything. He also helped me get a stubborn stripped screw out so I could change out license plates on one of our cars (no charge there either)! What started is a semi-frustrating experience ended in a very happy one. I would absolutely call them again for service. They make sure the work is right and will fix it if it is not.

"I won't use them again. They're simply too expensive. They charge 80 dollars an hour and in the end they end being very expensive. They charged me 80 dollars an hour but were unable to fix it. The fact that they weren't able to fix it was problematical. I had them out to fix a window and he was here for 10 minutes and charged me for an hour. They are simply expensive."

"Great!
Minneapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
walked us through every step, installed the door, and was there when the window was completed. We ordered the back door from

and another team removed our very heavy picture window and installed the new energy efficient picture window with two side double windows in one large assembly. They insulated and caulked around the window and matched the interior trim just like they did with the back door. They kept the area clean and made sure everything looked better than when they arrived."

"It took awhile for
Minneapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
to call me back. In fact, I had to call again to have someone come out to give me an estimate. However, once that was resolved, a person came out, gave me an estimate and work began the following week. The work, which was professional and timely was excellent and the final price was $10.00 over the estimate (for additional lumber). I was pleased with the work."

"
Minneapolis Door Installers Provider Name Locked
was extremely easy to work with- responsive, attentive to details, and worked well with other tradespeople on the project. He's a good problem solver, his work was very skilled and the outcome was great. He kept the worksite clean and as usable as possible to the homeowners during construction. He was very good about finishing up the last few details that often get shorted by others. I would use him again and recommend him highly to others."

"I enjoyed my interaction with them. They were excellent and their quality of work was excellent. I had seen them working in my neighborhood. I had few recommendations for them from other people in the neighborhood. They specialized in older homes and I had a henstridge 1920 home. They did a clean job. I received an estimate from another service provider for $27000 which was very high. I would recommend them to other members for exterior work as I have not used them for any interior work. "
