His estimate was right on and that is what we ended up paying.  He did really well and I was impressed by the fact that he cleaned up really well; you couldn’t tell that he was ever at our house.  He was efficient and he called if he had any questions.  I would certainly use him again.

He also helped me get a stubborn stripped screw out so I could change out license plates on one of our cars (no charge there either)! What started is a semi-frustrating experience ended in a very happy one. I would absolutely call them again for service. They make sure the work is right and will fix it if it is not."

"I won't use them again. They're simply too expensive. They charge 80 dollars an hour and in the end they end being very expensive. They charged me 80 dollars an hour but were unable to fix it. The fact that they weren't able to fix it was problematical. I had them out to fix a window and he was here for 10 minutes and charged me for an hour. They are simply expensive."
