I have used
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
to replace counters in my kitchen in lower level wet bar. I have had very professional, prompt service from them on both occasions. Any issues were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend this outfit for your granite or marble counter needs.

responded promptly when I called him. He came over and gave me an estimate. He left me with some samples - explained about some of the newer, more scratch-resistant countertops, and we decided upon a general time frame for the work. He gave us the option of doing the
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
plumbing work ourselves (unhook the sink and reattached the sink) or have his plumber do it, which we appreciated. My husband said he could work from home the day of the install and would do the sink work.
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
told us it would likely be 1-2 days, and that our tenant would be without a kitchen for one night.
I called him with the sample that I chose. We arranged for the date for him to come over and the time. He arrived promptly at 8:00 on that day, and got a great deal done. He came the 2nd day, again promptly at 8:00 and worked most of the day finishing the job.
The counters look great, and my tenant is happy as well. I have a 1920's duplex, so it is a bit of a putzy job, fitting the countertop tightly around the original cabinets on the window-side wall of the kitchen. As he did upstairs,
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
did a meticulous job of fitting the countertop into all the corners and around the windowsill. There are drawers that pull out right over the countertop, and he made sure there was no problem opening the drawers with the new (higher) countertop.
There are a few minor details for us to attend to (reattacing a few pieces of moulding near the window, a little spackling in the corner of the sink countertop and some minor paint touchups,) but that didn't bother me because the countertops are great, and I think the work took a little longer than
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
expected.
Bottomline, I would recommend
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
highly. I was really glad he was willing to do such a small job, because I knew the quality of his work from the previous job he did. Thanks

What a wonderful experience! I completely remodeled my kitchen and it is normal with a big project that unwelcomed surprises appear. But when my path crossed with
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, specifically working with Crystal and
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, there were no surprises! From the beginning, Crystal's calm and competent attitude added only joy to the process of selecting which quartz product to buy. The price was amazing, the quality of sink was excellent, and the level of professionalism & skill superb. I was kept informed of every step of the process. Every promise was kept. I don't know what to say except the this experience was beyond just problem free - it was FUN!

did a fantastic job. Our kitchen looks beautiful. He removed fake brick on our backsplash and tiled it. Also replaced our
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
in the kitchen. We needed a cabinet raised for an over-the-range microwave and he had new cabinet doors made. He matched the stain perfectly and installed them. We couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is a really nice guy and a pleasure to have in the house. I would highly recommend

Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
did a great job. I have a small kitchen with a white tile and backsplash.
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came out within a few days of being contacted to give an estimate. He was very nice and thorough in what he planned to do. He even suggested a new backsplash to match the new laminate counter which I had not thought of.So glad he did cause the kitchen would not looked as classy if I had left the old backsplash. He had me pick out the tile and then he picked it up. It was about 4 weeks between the estimate and the actual work getting done which is exactly how long he said it would be.
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
showed up when he said he would, worked hard all day and then came back for another 4 hours on a Saturday to grout the tile and finish up. He cleaned up afterwards and even vacuumed the floor.
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was very easy to work with, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend him.

We asked for a rough quote via email and got a response the same day that included pricing and information about the various options. One more email set up an appointment for measuring and asking questions on the following Monday.
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
showed up when he said he would. He did the measuring and answered all our questions. He said delivery usually takes about 2 weeks.
On the following Monday,
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
sent an email saying the counter tops would be ready to install on Wednesday. They showed up on time (actually a little earlier than they planned) to install the counter tops. The installation went quickly. The joints are almost invisible. They did a great job cutting the opening for the sink so it would line up where we wanted it to and making the counter tops fit around a couple pieces of trim that the counter tops overlapped.
Everything was cleaned up nicely.
This could not have gone more smoothly and we are extremely happy with the new counter tops.

I know this is an old review, but it speaks to the character of this supplier.
We are still very pleased with the work, price, responsiveness and quality we received from this vendor.
We had a large corner section which they said they would "try" to create without a corner seam. That process made the section very large, very heavy and quite precarious. The word "try" was not simply lip service, they actually fabricated a large piece with sink hole, and seamless corner intact. We asked for a couple of square polished pieces which we fit with rubber bumper feet and they made them.
We would certainly use them again, In fact, seven years later we will be contacting them in regards to the counter top and shower

for our next remodel which is a bathroom.

Went very well. We wanted a granite countertop to replace our current laminate. We met with a designer at the Richfield
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
(
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
) who was very knowledgable and patient. We eventually settled on the granite, paid, and were told we would be called by the measurer. The measurer/fabricator (Elegant Stone?) called within a few days, came out to measure (of note, you need to have the sink and faucet at the time of measure). The measurer gave us the number to call to schedule a viewing of the slab which was at MN Tile and Stone in Minnetonka (only can viewed during business hours)- I viewed it, looked great, and the go ahead was given to fabricate. Took about roughly 2 weeks- we got a call from
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
saying the granite was ready. They showed up on time, took out our old countertop and installed the countertop and backsplash (and a small slab on top of a kitchen cart) all in roughly 2 hours. Also drilled a hole for the button for our garbage disposal onsite (last minute decision) Very professional, great work. The only hiccup with the whole process was the plumbing/sink part. Our drain pipe was too high for the new sink and I was worried that there would be a delay in hooking up the sink after countertop install. I emailed the
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
representative who then contacted "Crew 2" (not
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
- some independent contractor managing the whole process?)- a guy named
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
...who never called me and when I called him, never answered and never returned my messages. I called
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
at
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
who then I believe called the plumber who would be rehooking up our sink and so he finally called me back at the end of the day and was able to come out in 3 days (I think we talked Thursday evening and he came out Monday morning) to check on the situation. He showed up 30 min. late, but ok because I was just glad he could survey the situation before the countertop install. He confirmed the drain needed to be dropped and said he could do it at the time of the install of the faucet/rehook up of the sink. Wonderful news. Since our drain was getting dropped, I asked him about a garbage disposal and he was very agreeable to installing one. Wonderful. He told me
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
would call me about when the appointment would be. I never heard from them. So I called the afternoon before the day he was suppose to come- no one answered,
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
at
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
said
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
from Crew2 would call- but he never did. And so the plumber (
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
) showed up at 8am unannounced- but wonderful, because I was home just ready to leave.
Minneapolis Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
completed the whole project in probably <2 hours and locked up after he left. Very happy with his work.
In general, very happy with the work done. Not impressed with "Crew 2" who I believe was suppose to be coordinating things---they did not return any of my calls.

The stone choices were amazing--they have many slabs available to look at, unlike many other places where all you have is a small piece and the slab must be ordered in. The prices were slightly better. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient--she met with me several times, including when I needed to bring out tile and cabinet colors to check the color match, and when I just needed to look at the slab again to make sure it was the one I wanted. I found them to be very flexible--we had a time crunch to get everything in place before guests arrived for Christmas, and they were able to do the measurements, prepare the granite, and install within the space of time we needed--I was very grateful. And the granite is beautiful. I used the sinks they supplied, which were much less expensive, and just as high a quality. The workers who resealed the granite in my kitchen also fixed small holes where some of the stone had come out. I was very happy with the entire experience.
