were GREAT to work with right from the start! They came out and did an assessment of the existing kitchen, took measurements and gave us a ball park $ number. The design person that we worked with was wonderful to work with and was very helpful in explaining the process, decisions that needed to be made, etc... Once we made all the necessary decisions on cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc...they got started right away. They worked quickly, but professionally, understanding that people do not want to wash their dishes in their bathroom since for months! They also helped us work within our budget as best they could. From demo to finish, the project took 5-6 weeks. Ultimately, they did an excellent job and were very flexible working with us on change-orders. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Kitchens Made to anyone considering a kitchen remodel."

"Overall, we were very happy we went with . communicated very well in terms of giving a timeline for when things would happen as this remodel occured over several weeks. He came in late August to remove the old appliances so could haul them away when they dropped off the new appliancs. He installed the dishwasher, oven and hood first and made the custom cubbies. The custom cubbies look great and blend in very well with our older cabinets. He came back later when the granite was installed to install the faucet, cooktop, and garbage disposal. We really appreciated being kept informed over what was going on, his communication with the granite company and any issues that came up. We had minimal unexpected events and offered various options. In summary, our kitchen looks great and we love how it looks. We would definitely use again."

" is a great guy. He really cares about what he does and he does it well. He spent a ton of time with us and was very patient with our questions and made some great suggestions. He was also patient with us changing our minds alot, our three-year-old daughter who kept asking him questions, and the fact that WE kept delaying the installation for one reason or another.
The end product is so beautiful, we are really pleased. We needed to have a seam in the counter and really obsessed over where it should go. Hillariously, I didn't even see the seam until 2-3 days after the installation -- it was so well masked. The only bad thing I have to say about is that he often turned up later than expected, but he's such a nice guy that it's hard to fault him for it. "

"The bulk of the project took about 8 weeks, as we expected, and it went very well. , and were all good guys to work with. I would say the same without a doubt for the subcontractors that they brought in to do the drywall hanging, taping/mudding and floor refinishing. Those guys were all great too. They explained a lot of things to me as we went along, answered alot of my silly questions, and were very good at explaining the unexpected problems and offering options.
Communication was good with everyone. was a familiar and welcome voice on the phone as we had to make changes and modify schedules sometimes. She was great during the planning and design stage too. She suggested a few things that we didn't even think of and was very open to the ideas we had for those things that we did think of.
Considering all the work that was done, and the quality of the job, I feel that we got more than we paid for from ."

"Awful. During the first phone call, was responsive and answered all of my questions. Their pricing is outstanding at $37/sq ft installed, with many color options available. I was sold and ready to proceed. However, multiple followup phone calls and emails were ignored. No reply whatsoever. I began to suspect that simply thought the job was too small so she decided to ignore me. So, I had my wife call from a different number, and finally answered. My wife did not make it clear that her inquiry was about the same job and asked to set up an appointment at our home to measure and build an estimate. agreed on the appointment but never showed up. I can only assume that connected the dots and again decided to ignore us. Very unprofessional, no common courtesy. Do not work with this company!!"

" has helped me get many of my listings ready to sell. This one was a particular challenge. The previous owner was a cigar smoker and an elderly male who had 30 years of stuff. OMG is the best way to describe it! She helped me make a plan, get the condo cleaned out, hired the contractors and managed the project. The work was completed on time and on budget which really impressed the trustee of the estate. We went from OMG to Wow! in 6 weeks."

"The project took several months from start to finish (estimate over 7 months) but that was our fault not . Once we got started everything went right on schedule and I think even finished a little earlier than expected. Overall the subcontractors that were brought in were great - did the tile work himself and it's perfect. He was very particular about the install and his instincts were right on regarding some of the decorative tile. I will hire again for another project hopefully later this year."

"Mr. arrived promptly, he patched and resprayed my ceiling matching textures perfectly. He also built a pass through with a breakfast bar in a wall that had seperated my kitchen from the dining room. He created a pattern for the top of the pass through by measuring the existing archways between the living room and dining room which makes it look as if it had always been there, and creates a beautiful flow to my home. The counter top is beautiful and functional.
Mr. gave me a very reasonable bid, arrived promptly, kept dust cleaned up constantly, and cleaned very thoroughly when finished. I could tell that he loves his work, takes great pride in it and is a true professional."
