" Oh my goodness. If you need something remodeled run to get
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
Interia Solutions.
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
is unbelievable. HIs work is beautiful and his work style is compulsive(in a great way). He kept me involved with every decision and also gave his opinion when I needed it. The deck he built was put on a new 4 season porch and added the amazing finish the house needed. The person he works with is also extremely responsible and careful as well as personable. They both came when he said they would come and let me know if he needed to be somewhere else.
My deck is beautiful . The walkway that he made was a continuation of one I already had and he matched it perfectly.
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was always willing to go above and beyond. Even though I hired him for the deck, he was more than willing to fix so many other issues in my house in a timely and complete manner.
I am not sure there are enough adjectives to describe the person, the work and the committment
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
has and shows on his jobs.I would recommend him with absolutely no reservations.

"I trusted them soon after meeting the owner (and later his carpenters), and found they were very flexible in working with me to minimize the scope of work and reduce the overall cost but still solve the problem in an effective way. They discussed a range of options/prices, were willing to answer all my questions, and most importantly inspired confidence in their work.
They seem pretty busy because they are very good at what they do, and great to deal with. So while it took a while to get on their schedule, they did do a great job keeping me posted on when they could do the work, and any changes to the original schedule. So most importnantly, I'd add an "A+" for their communication skills.
I was also glad they were willing to take on a small, somewhat messy job, and seemed genuinely interested in leaving a good impression and creating future business opportunities. Refreshing in this day and age of disappointing services/contractors.

"It went very well. After
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
looked at the jobs and gave me an acceptable estimate,
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
stopped by and took notes on what he needed to complete the 2 jobs. He came back the next morning and by midday I had a new railing on my porch. He built it on site, then installed it in 2 pieces. It looks very professional and it's very sturdily mounted. It is also up to city code, which the old one wasn't. Then he went to work on the side of the house where runoff water collects against the foundation. It was a mess, with old black caulk and cracked concrete, etc. It's been a leaky nightmare for years. He dug out all the old stuff and replaced it with mesh, caulk and cement. It's still not beautiful, but it's certainly much neater looking and more watertight than it was when he started. That was all I'd asked for. He finished both jobs within a 2 day time frame, and was very polite, neat and conscientious.

Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was a pleasure to work with and the quality of his work is unsurpassed. We continue to receive compliments on his woodworking skills -- most frequently from other contractors who are so impressed! He communicated with us regularly throughout the projects and was able to adjust to unexpected situations and address whatever problems came up (surprises were very common in our 100+ year old house).
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
's estimates were accurate and if anything additional or unexpected came up, he always communicated immediately and gave us plenty of options so we could stay on budget.
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
came in to projects after we had to let our first contractor go, and he did a great job taking over and completing everything. He also quickly replaced materials that were ordered incorrectly for us. We highly recommend
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and would use him again for future projects.

"The research for this project for a home addition to my parents home began well over a year ago. Our budget was not flexible and
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very up front with us on what could be done within that budget. I appreciated his approach and we accepted his bid. Throughout the project, he came up with creative ideas to help us save money, while getting the most for our investment.
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his team were great to work with. He would always let us know who was coming to the home on which day and they reliably showed up. He was easy to reach when needed. We had a few surprises, to be expected with an older home, but
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
helped us with everything to ensure that when the project was complete, there were no outstanding issues. He definitely helped us above and beyond. The project was completed on time and we are very happy with the results.

I woud definitely work with
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
again on any home project. He was reasonably priced. did great quality work and was a great person to work with.

"Working with
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
&
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was a real pleasure, especially as compared with a previous project done by another (inexplicably award-winning) design/build company. We began the project with our own ideas/sketches of what we wanted to do, and they had many very thoughtful suggestions as to how to accomplish and improve upon our 'design.'
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
has an amazing breadth of knowledge across all areas of remodeling - even those areas for which he hires subs to do most of the work (which helps him to properly monitor the work done by subs). It was particularly helpful that the very talented lead carpenter (
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
) was also the contractor, which meant that, for much of the project, the contractor was on site every day - so that our questions or concerns were addressed by him directly and immediately. Mother and young daughter were very comfortable being at home with the

team and all of their subs - they were all good guys and took care of our home as if it were their own. Any question or concern we had with work done by subs was addressed immediately with them by

seemed to have respectful, positive relationships with the inspectors for each area, filed all permit paperwork on time and took seriously any issues raised by the inspectors. The final plan was really a collaborative effort, between ourselves and the

"My husband and I purchased this home as a foreclosure. The staircase was extremely steep and unsafe for our toddler and baby on the way. We signed the contract in either late August or early September of 2009. His bid was approximately the same or slightly under the bid of another contractor that we were considering. Through the entire process he was flexible and creative when suggesting alternative ideas for the construction. This is the first time I have undertaken a project of this kind and didn't know what to expect or how to schedule the order of contractors. For this reason, some of the significant delay can definitely be attributable to my inexperience. However, at the beginning of the project, we were told that the stair case would take approximately one month. He began the project sometime in September and it was not finished until December. Since we did not have a general contractor, I would frequently stop by the house to see the progress and see if anything needed my attention. Most of the time when I stopped by, no one from
Minneapolis General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was at the house working. Again, I had never done anything like this before so I did not know that contractors do not work on projects from start to finish, but have several going on and go back and forth. Still, it seemed as if it could have progressed faster. We had to delay moving in by one month because of this project and others. At one point during the project, one of the temporary treds on the staircase broke and my husband fell through the staircase onto the basement stairs below. Although he wasn't seriously injured he did sustain cuts and some nasty bruises. Overall the project worked well and the new stairs are much safer (and more attractive) for my two young children. I have only two caveats: (1) There is still a bump from a change in level from the hallway to the beginning of the first step that we trip on because it is not level. It was there prior to the installation of the carpeting and we were hoping that the carpeting would smooth it out, but it hasn't; and (2) The brand new stairs squeak a lot.
