"The entire crew was wonderful. Everything was done on time and perfectly. They are all experts at their jobs. I couldn't be happier."

"It wasn?t fabulous. It wasn?t horrible. There were problems some of which we correct our self. The plumber they hired made a significant mistake on the placement of the toilet. On three occasions I offered to bring the toilet up so he could see to make sure it fit in the area. He said no and that he didn?t need it. It did not end up fitting. They were good at communicating. They were there when they said they were going to be. They were done close to on time. The project was on budget. There were problems with the design structure that required changes to be made through the process. Incorrect windows were ordered. That never became a problem for us. They took care of it. They were great at cleaning up the site. Everything was left neat and tidy. The crew they had was professional. 
was our lead carpenter. Some of the stuff was great. Some of it wasn?t. We had to shave our salvage cabinets because the walls, which were built specifically for the cabinets, were built too close together. The corner boards are to narrow for the rest of the housing. The gutters that they installed do not have gutter guards like our other gutters. It felt that should have been done to match as it is stated in our contract. When I called this past winter to set up an appointment to get an estimate for an exterior painting job, they did not call back. We might use them again with reservation. This report is based on an interview with the member."

The job took a bit longer than expected, but I've found that that's usually par for the course when it comes to working with contractors. was very nice to deal with and was very understanding with any frustration I may have had. , the carpenter, was also a very nice person to deal with and was a very good carpenter. The painters did a great job and were very neat in cleaning up after they were done. Everything that this company did turned out beautifully."

"The one door entry closet was not functional or being utilized to its potential. We called to come out and see the space to ensure our vision of sliding doors would work. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to identify options for updating the closet. After our initial meeting, provided us with an estimate in a very timely manner. Before purchasing the new closet doors, we emailed photos of some door options to and he verified what would work best. By doing this, it ensured we were buying the correct doors and materials. completed the work quickly and with great quality. We love the new closet!"

"We met with several contractors to get bids on the project. All were well qualified and one came in a bit lower. While we had initial reservations on how young looked, we soon realized that he had extensive knowledge of the industry, and that combined with his calm and sincere approach to our project were the areas where he gained our trust. He was willing to work with us on a framing basis and they actually began the project ON Labor Day. I was my own General Contractor and have had some experience in this area, but I have to say that Anchor helped me on a regular basis. Anchor's onsite project managers ( & - 's brothers), were exceptional. They were friendly, responsive, and it was nice to see cleanup performed each night before they left. They are very hard workers! As happens in every project, there were several change orders, modifications, and add-ons which Anchor handled clearly and without a hassle. The prices quoted were the prices charged. stayed on top of decisions to minimize delays. The project turned out exactly as we planned it! We have received a huge number of complements on the way it turned out. I highly recommend , , , and the others from that worked so h****** our project. In hindsight, I would have been more than comfortable having them General Contract it as well. They were a pleasure to have on the job site and are all around good guys.."

"We had a great experience with Platinum. We told , our project manager, during our initial consultation that we had a limited budget ($30,000), and unlike other contractors we solicited bids from he was willing to work with us to develop creative cost-cutting strategies without sacrificing quality.
We encountered a few blips during the project, but they were problems inherent in any remodel and not attributable to Platinum. Nonetheless, was very responsive and communicative throughout the project.
We love our new kitchen, and will definitely consider hiring Platinum for future projects."

" is wonderful. He repaired our ceilings and walls expertly, with a minimum of disruption to us. The project extended over about a week, but every evening, the work areas were neat and clean. He discussed the project with me in detail, suggesting where I might want more and less work. In addition, saw a few things around the house that needed fixing, and, with my approval, fixed those as well! The finished product is beautiful -- and I am very picky. himself is very good to work with. He's responsible, trustworthy and very professional. I'll call him again when I have another project."

" (owner) is a little dynamo and her team of professionals is outstanding. She has great design ideas, is a consummate professional who leads by example, is amazing fun to work with and is just GOOD at what she does.
Deadlines/Timelines are met. She and her team clean up each day and work very hard to keep that feeling of intrusion to a minimum. I was home every day of the repairs and can attest to each of them working their butts off. She cares and is passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. Issues are resolved very reasonably and she will stand behind her work. If you aren't happy, she isn't happy.
