"They have very good programs and a good place to teach children. The people are very helpful and courteous when our child is there. They will work with and your schedule."

"As a former substitute daycare teacher many years at this very center, I was expecting a satisfactory experience for our infant. Instead, we found that the center had no organization (no intake interview, tour, etc), no planning (infant room has no curriculum, the teachers weren't even aware our daughter was starting), very little hygiene (not only did my daughter get sick after 1 day, I found her blanket in someone else's crib on the first day), inattentive (when I picked up my daughter at the end of the day, she was in a bouncy seat facing a wall), and not very nurturing (the teachers did not seem very cuddly and spent little time actually touching the children). We ended up hiring a

who had worked there recently and she said they violated ratios on a regular basis and did not sterilize toys regularly. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

"I would recommend

centers (formerly Children's World)in general, but this one in particular is excellent. Staff are always patient. They engage with the children and not each other. They provide stimulating activities of course, but they also do a great job of teaching the children wonderful life and social skills. He has learned to pick up after himself, be polite, share, and is now learning to use the potty! My son also has severe food allergies and they are amazingly accommodating to his needs and the needs of other food allergic kids. I cannot recommend the program and especially the staff enough. A fabulous center! The price is higher than usual for a center but worth it if you can swing it. You also have to pay for days your child is out ill, as well as holidays and professional development days which is a pain, but I think it's fair."

"Family friendly, warm loving enviroment. The staff have all been there for a long time and seem to really love the children. I highly reccommend!"

"It's a family run business, with a brother and sister duo owning and working there. There are some additional family members such as an aunt that works there along with other hired staff. Our daughter quickly developed a strong bond with the ladies in the infant room. They've done a great job of accommodating our small needs such as using our cloth diaper service and abiding with diet requests. Since moving to the toddler side of the daycare, our daughter continues to love going there. The staff does a good job of playing with and entertaining the kids while occasionally working on art projects. we've been very happy with the care our daughter has received...

to dropping her off with family. Like anywhere else, the price varies based upon age of child and number of days attending each week. The price seems to be in the middle of the range of daycare options, so while it's expensive it's within reason for a Minnesota daycare facility. If we had a second child, he/she would definitely go to

"I was underwhelmed with my visit. When I arrived for a tour they handed me a price schedule and asked if I has any questions - that was the extent o the tour. They were unable to provide a lot of information about curriculum or activities. The teachers seemed disinterested, keeping their distance from the kids. There were only 3 or 4 kids there, all sick and most unhappy. They cried when we left which I didn't take to be a good sign they wanted to stay! The toys were all pretty dirty, and I was ready to leave as soon as we got there!

"They should call this location "We Sortof like kids." The facility itself is sort of dumpy, but safe enough looking. I can get over how out dated it is. The two care givers seemed to be okay, although one time I was not contacted when my child vomited. I picked her up to the woman explaining that I had a "very sick baby" but no one called me to alert me to this or to pick her up.
The woman who is the head of the admin side of the operation also takes care of school age children after school. From what I could see, she is still

, this admin, is the most condescending and rude person I have ever met. She appears friendly, but it is only so that she can be chipper as she yanks you around and tells you all of the things you are doing wrong. My daughter was in part time care there and she basically explained that they had a staff person quit and that they couldn't care for my child any longer. She said she would contact me as soon as they had a replacement for her. I called every month for three months and she always explained she didn't have a replacement. She has never called me to tell me they were taking new admins. They obviously didn't want our business and now I'm glad they didn't because I would never again leave my child in her care.
The first day I was there I asked for a receipt for my records. She abruptly told me that they don't provide receipts and that they would send a statement for tax purposes at the end of the year. So this month, March, I still hadn't received it. I called the locaiton to ask on the status of the document. She said that they don't do any mailing of the forms and that she could tell me the total of the amount over the phone or that I could come in and pick up the document. A couple of days later I arrived at the location to pick up the form. I rang the bell to have the door unlocked and another woman answered the door. As I stood in the doorway, I explained I was there to pick up my tax form.

, at her desk just inside the door, simply handed the woman a piece of paper who then handed it to me. She didn't ask my name, she had no idea who I was, but managed to hand me the correct form and didn't even have the decency to show her face to me or to make eye contact by coming to the half shut door where I was forced to stand. This action was the icing on the cake as far as the rudeness of this particular individual. She should never be allowed to work in any type of customer service roll.
The owner, an older gentleman, just sort of hangs out at the locaiton all the time. He just sits there in a rocking chair watching the kids play. He interacts with my daughter, but doesn't introduce himself and just sits there... sort of creepy.
Do yourself a favor and skip this locaiton when looking for child care.
