was going to be late, but he called to update me on his timing. When he got here, he was professional and did an awesome job. I feel like a commercial, but if I had known it was going to turn out this clean, I would have had it done awhile ago. Also, I expected some bad chemical smell, but none of the rooms smell at all. We will definitely use them again.

Great experience. The owner was one of thed techs. He and his partner were on time, professional, clearly explained what was involved, and were very polite.

and is crew are great. I think this is the 4th time they've cleaned carpets in my home. They are responsive, prompt, professional, *really* nice, and they have always done a great job on our carpets.

Fantastic job! Over the years we've used lots of carpet cleaning companies and

is far and away the best. He has an amazing passion for his work and is extremely friendly and dependable. Our carpets look new as do our couches. We'll definitely get in line again (i.e., call a couple months in advance) to use

The quality of the cleaning itself was very good and the price was about average or perhaps a little lower than most other carpet cleaning services I've used. That said, two things caused me to give this provider a "B" rather than an "A."
First, the provider talked down his competitors quite a bit before, during, and after the cleaning. (In fact, he talked my ear off about lots of things the whole time!) To me, that is not appropriate. A company should let the quality of its service speak for itself.
Second, after he was finished he handed me a sheet on which he had written suggestions for specific things I should put in this review. Again, that is not appropriate. It feels like "stacking the deck" and it makes me wonder about the reliability of reviews. I am capable of writing my own reviews and don't want service providers scripting what I should say. All that said, on pure quality and price alone, I would recommend this provider.

I was very happy with the work done. Some of the grout between floor tiles was worn away. The provider explained what she had done, and the care she had taken, to clean those areas by hand without risking further damage from the mechanical cleaning tool she used.

He did a great Job Cleaning all the Carpets.
There was an area around my Desk that after removing the Desk, and Chair Mat, and rugs it was filthy!
You could see where everything was placed, it was practically drawn out in dirt in the carpet. :(

I needed all my carpets and area rugs cleaned prior to putting our house on the

came out and picked up the area rugs to be cleaned off site. 3 weeks later, he brought them back and cleaned all of the carpets. He and his assistant arrived on time and got the job done in less than three hours. He put my area rugs back down and put the furniture back in place.

did tell me certain areas were very tough and though they look much better, there were impossible stains. The only drawback was time. They could not come out to do the carpets for 3-4 weeks so if you want yours done, make the appointment in plenty of time! It is worth it.

I called to schedule the rug cleaning two days before the Angie's list coupon expired, explaining that I had a coupon and asking if it would still be good for a cleaning. I was told yes and the appointment was scheduled on

4. I was told they would show up between 7-10 AM. He showed up at 9:57, came in looked at the rugs, brought a hose in, then disappeared to his van for 40 minutes with no explanation of what was happening. He came back in, cleaned the rugs in about a half an hour, and I handed him the coupon. He told me at that time that the coupon was only good for the paid value. I explained that I had asked about it when I called. He pointed to the "fine print" that said it expired 6 months from purchase (which would have been June 4-which is NOT 6 months from date of purchase which is what the "fine print" said); the expiration date listed in my Angie's List account was

3. He told me I needed to pay him another hundred plus dollars for the cleaning. I objected. I said that I was happy to argue with someone in the company who could do something about it, and I didn't need to argue with him. He said I needed to read the fine print but "you people don't care. If I get scrutinized, I could

my job." I repeated that I would happily argue with someone else. He then said he was the owner of the company. I said I hope he diidn't fire himself. He told me my issue was with Angie's List; I responded that the issue was with the employee who I had specifically ASKED about the coupon. He replied that she was just a scheduler and she can't keep track of the "fine print." I paid him the sales tax but refused to pay any additional amount. He then complained that he had come and done a good job and as soon as he brought up the payment, I got mad. I would have no reason to EVER use them again.

PROS 1) Answered questions thoroughly beforehand 2) Tried to help me economize/ prioritize 3) Did a great job 4) Were very friendly and fun to talk to CONS 1) Website doesn't work quite as well as you think it ought to (because it's so much better than many others) 2) Price is a bit higher than others, but it's nontoxic 2) Some stains seem to show up more since the cleaning--I think I didn't notice them as much when carpet was dirtier. In fairness, they offered to try another method on any stains that return but I haven't followed up yet.
