way too expensive. Poor options for available channels, need to purchase super expensive packages to get some desired channels, and have tons of channels I have no interest in.

I have been experiencing poor picture quality and called
Minneapolis Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
customer service. A service call was scheduled. I said I don't want to pay for a service call if the problem is not with my equipment. The service rep came out and changed some connectors in the box on the street and in the basement to see if it would help. The technician said that I would NOT be charged for a service call. The technician did not have me sign anything. In my next monthly statement I was charged $30.50 for "Residential Trouble Call." I called and told the phone rep I wanted the $30.50 removed from my bill. The rep said he would try to remove $10 but that is all he is able to refund. I feel I was misled and would like the $30.50 charge removed from my bill.

Many bad and few good experiences with
Minneapolis Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
/xfinity.
Called when I switch wireless routers. Person signed me up for some sort of service contract (i told them not to) and forwarded me to the service provider. Service provided said I didn't have a contract with them and they couldn't help me.
Called
Minneapolis Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
back, got a different tech and they were able to fix the issue in a few minutes.
Checked bill online and saw the service contract, had to call and get that removed.
Cable box died after a power outage, had to return it for replacement at one of their service centers.
Service center staff have always been extremely nice and helpful.
Watch out if you have someone come to fix an issue, they may charge for the work (happened once).
Price increases for same service every few months.

When I called they sold me on all of the products. My concern was I have been paying to rent the same equipment for years and felt it was time for new equipment. The rep assured me brand new equipment would be installed by the tech. We went over all of the pricing multiple times and I documented everything line by line. She also quoted me a price for the tech to come out. Later I received a e-mail confirmation and the labor charge for the tech was higher than quoted. That should have been my first clue to cancel the entire thing but I didn't. The tech arrived for the appointment came in and asked me "what do you need done". I was a little surprised he didn't have a work order explaining what was promised but I walked him through what I ordered. He wanted to see the phone line connections so we went into the basement. I'm sure every project is different but he acted like he had no idea how to set up the new phone connection. In fact he had to call someone for advice. Then he told me the router would need to be in the basement and he planned to install this hard wired box on my portable cart. Again, should have canceled right then. After that we go back up stairs and start talking equipment. I reminded him that I ordered brand new equipment. He goes out to the truck and comes back with two cable boxes in bags. I said "those don't look new?" He said "yes, these are brand new, just a different brand". Then opens the bag. These boxes were clearly used and in worse condition than the ones I already have. He clearly lied right to my face. That was enough. I canceled my order and asked him to leave. No work was actually completed. I called to get everything switched back and they offered me a $10 credit for 6 months not to cancel. Too little, too late and I'd had enough so I still cancelled. After spending about an hour on the phone with them and and phone company I thought everything was restored. A few hours later I turned on TV and guess what. It didn't work. I called

back and they said the tech removed my box from my account. Which seem funny since out of my three boxes the one that didn't work was the only one that didn't get disconnected from the TV. (I disconnected and reconnected the other two myself). Bottom line is don't trust
Minneapolis Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
. What they sell you over the phone is not what happens in person. The installers are very unprofessional. Do not trust this company!

Elected not to do business with
Minneapolis Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
due to their lack of explanation that pertained to safe guarding customer information; private account information, ssn, address and telephone numbers, etc.

When I questioned the manager of
Minneapolis Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
about providing a consumer privacy statement, he replied "it was not our practice to provide that information", which at that point I elected to do business elsewhere. Subsequently selected an alternative vendor that satisfied my concerns relative to protecting consumer information.

Poor, very poor! Didnt check to see if cable access could be obtained on any of my three TVs; none of them work with my remotes. Were supposed to also set up my home phone, couldnt because I wanted to keep my same phone number which as stated I could keep. Ad for "Bundle and save" very misleading. I recently had Dish TV, wish I wouldnt have changed. Now I have to waste anther day waiting for them to resolve issues.

Had to go through 4 individuals on phone. Not one of them talked to each other. Had to explain my issue 4 times. Finally got someone to come to residence and fix the problem. Of course I had to take 1/2 day off to wait for them.

The TV never got finished correctly -- Comcast came and fixed it the
