We both decided that the most likely thing was the dryer over-heated from poor venting and blew the Limit fuse inside. I told him I could fix that myself, but I would probably still have a venting problem. So he completely cleaned out the exhaust system of the dryer and installed a new vent to the outside. The work was well-done and up to code, unlike the job done by a previous owner."

Since I just moved into this house and have allergies, I signed up for this service. When Bill arrived though, it grew to over $700. I felt the quality of the cleaning was good, but see now that others were shown by camera the result...I was not offered that verification. I rated them lower in professionalism due to the house being left quite dirty. I think he just didn't want to take the time. "It started with a clogged drain for my tub. I tried to fix it myself and noticed the drain pipe in the basement was leaking from a hole in it. They came out same day I called and replace about a 2 foot section and was done. That was $200 of the $1100. 2 weeks later the drain clogged again. Now all of the drain pipe needed to be replaced. I called to make an appointment and stated that they where out a couple of weeks ago to replace a section of drain and now it is clogged again and the rest of the drain pipe needed to be replaced. They came by the same day late in the afternoon but the plumber thought he was there to unclog a drain. So they sent an estimator out the next day to quote drain replacement. They set an appointment to do the work 4 days later, came by and finished the job. It was a tough job due to difficuult access to the pipes that needed replacement. Overall I feel they did an good job. I would use them again."

I wish I would have heeded that advise because I could have had my ducts cleaned by them for half of what

It had been running for more than 7 hours without it and that made me check other parts of the duct system. Upon doing that I lifted a basement floor vent and discovered quite a bit of dust and debris still in the system. I called to let them know and the women was very understanding. I WAS VERY NICE ON THE PHONE and stated that I understand that sometimes mistakes are made and if they could just come back out I would appreciate it. She had the tech call me and thats where the customer service really got bad. He stated that I was wrong and that he specifically remembered putting the filter back in. I said that no one else took the filter out and he continued to get very defensive. I hung up and then called the office again and was a bit more stern with my approach. I couldn't imagine a tech being so defensive. The women stated that she would have the owner call me and then put me on hold to take another sales call. I hung up being very frustrated. They also charged $4.50 extra for a fuel surcharge. The price of gas is currently at $1.58 so there is no need to currently have that added charge."
