on April 13, 2010. We went over everything we needed done. Porch railings on bottom, some window sills covered in aluminum, garage door trim and rubber seal replaced.We told him we would like it done by end of April. He said ok. We waited for some time, we called him, he called us, eventually he said after a couple of weeks, that he couldn't find railings that long and will see if he can order them. By the end of April, or so later, after coming to the house a total or 2 or 3 times to meet, measure job, he said he ordered the porch railings. We had originally set up 2 or 3 tentative times to do the job. As of today, he called and said on this Monday, he will come tomorrow, Tuesday to do the job. I said ok. Then a few hours later on Monday, he left a message and said he can't do the job and to get somebody else. He said something feels "wrong" and he doesn't feel he can do a good job for us! This is almost 6 weeks later after first meeting him!! I tried to call him and l left a message stating that that was horrible what he did to us and unprofessional and told him of course I will make a report on Angies List."

was on time. I thought he was just coming to look at the job but was astually there to do it. I didn't have all the material there to complete the job and he offered to wait for me while I got it, not going on the clock until after I brought back the material and he started working. I thought this was very nice but unfortunately I had another appointment. He got the proper material and completed the job in short order and the quality of the work was great. I am a picky person when it comes to work being done and I was very happy with the quality of the work. He then replaced a cartridge in my leaky faucet. He had a special tool in his truck to complete the work which explained why I wasn't able to get it out! He was very willing to explain to me any questions I had about the process."

did an excellent job overall. All of the individuals that came to our house were respectful of our time, i.e. they worked around our time frame and were always showed up when they said they would. In addition, everyone cleaned up at night to the point that you would almost not even know they were working. Moreover, all of the workers were professional, polite and perfectionists (in a good way) in their work. In the end the price was fair, completed on schedule and looks great. "

"It went really well. He spoke with us several times by phone for clarification before he even came out. He was up front about his pricing so we knew what to expect. He came over and surveyed the job, and told us if there were any other concerns so we could discuss it with him. His estimate on the time it was going to take was a little off, so because we were charged by the hour the price was higher than we anticipated. The price per hour was very reasonable at $45 per hour, though, and the job was done very well, so it was worth the money."

I had also purchased some furniture the week before, and was having difficulty attaching the legs. I was glad he agreed to do this as an extra. As it turned out, even he had some difficulty because of the way these 'leg parts' were constructed."

"They were professional and courteous. We got some rain in the middle of the project so it took a little longer than expected but that was at no fault of theirs. They made sure everything was covered so nothing was damaged with the rain. They replaced some rotten wood that was uncovered during the project and were able to match the singles perfectly. The owner of the company came several times to check on the work throughout each day they were here. They told me that if it wasn't done by Sunday they were willing to work on that day - they were very dedicated to pleasing us. There is one little spot near an odd shaped spot on the roof that I want them to come back out and look at but other than that I'm pleased with the work they did."
