"Excellent! The demonstration was very informative and impressive. Precise measurements were taken a few days later and the new windows were ordered right away. Manufacturing time was right in line with the estimated timeline the salesman gave us. The installer was on time and very professional and informative. He was very careful and did a fantastic job on the installation and the new trim on the outside of the windows. We are so happy with our new windows. They look great and have made a real difference in the comfort in our home. They include a guarantee that can be transferred once to a new owner if we sell the house. All in all it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family."

"The installers ( and ) were the best. They were on time and cleaned up even while they were working. they were able to construct framing in the picture window without problems. the owner of the company was great, too! "

"I believe is more false advertisement than anything else. We have had issues with the electrical when they put the doors in. They some how messed with the doorbell. The wiring was reveresed on the doorbell. Niether of the backdoor doorbells work now. We had to call them back out. They were supposed to fix it, but they never did. I do believe the door company was sub-contracted and not directly through . just did the guarantee work for them. The company was not responsible for it, because it fell under my contract. The insulator strip under the door came loose within the first year. It just started to disinegrate. I have never had an insulator strip come loose that quickly. The door is a little off kilt. The gap on the left side is wider than the gap on the right hands side. The window handles that you use to slide the windows back and forth have come off. I called them back to have them replaced and they did some sort of application with them and put the same handles back on. They have been off for the past 4 years now. I refuse to call them back out because they don't want replace things, they want to replace it with the same faulty material. They were custom made because of the window size. I think it would cost them too much to have it replaced rather than repairing it. Some of the material is coming loose. If the locks aren't done properly than pieces will come off. We asked them a lot of questions about what they would do if we had problems. They told us that they would come out and replace anything that was faulty. I felt like they were responsive while they were here working, but then they didn't live up the their expectations after. We purchased one of their top of the line windows at that time. It has cut down on my electric bill. The minute we called them with the problems they should have replaced them, not repaired them. "

"My kitchen was an eye-sore and embarrassment. I received 3 estimates at the home show in February. 's estimate for brand new cabinets was only $2000 more than the contractor who only offered re-facing. The project was a complete success. I have beautiful maple cabinets. was in constant communication with me during the entire project and when I had a concern about the paint job, he sent the someone back the next day to repaint. This is a very ethical, knowledgeable & reliable contractor and I am a completely satisfied customer!"

"We meet -- 's father at the home remodeling show last spring. We were very impressed with him and 's product line. Late spring we had another contractor who did a major remodel on our house 10 years ago. They came in and gave us an estimate for a 3 tear down, new siding, soffits, gutters, and a new window for our bathroom. Their estimate was significantly higher than we expected--and they said they were giving us a 10% discount for being a returning costumer. Then we remember and had come in to give us an estimate. explained his company was one of five certified roofers in the Milwaukee Area for GAF (the other contractor was one also) We were very surprised when came in with an estimate $10,000 less alone for the roof. So that started a conversation that ended with us adding to the roof, siding, gutters a covered porch for the front of the house. We had the plans already drawn but the contractor we had had to cancel because of a family matter so and , gave us an estimate that matched the price we got 4 years ago. The plans needed tweaking and and --one of the other wonderful crew/carpenters in the team did a fantastic job. and found some fiberglass columns for the porch and they just look fabulous. They really gave us the craftsman style we wanted. In the inside we now had a new smaller window for the bathroom--so that meant we need to replace the title--that leads us to gut the bathroom. did the gutting and installation new drywall and of a new toilet, vanity, faucets, and shower. All employees are true professionals-craftsmen who are hardworking, pay attention to details, that are friendly and do beautiful work. We are extremely pleased with the results and by the praises we are hearing from our neighbors and friends"

"6 years ago installed windows almost throughout my house. In May 2010 I was having siding installed and when the old siding was torn off a rotten sill under the kitchen window was found and when the shutters were removed in the front we found that when the windows were originally installed the shutters were never removed and the window had not been wrapped completely.
I phoned and the Sales Manager came out to take a look. He also found that when the patio door had been put in the installer had not framed the door on the outside and the trim was only the wrap with nothing behind it. took pictures of everything and promised a review. By the end of the following week (he came on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend) I had the answer that they would stand behind the work and I scheduled everything to be done.
The installer was at my house on 6/21, finished wrapping the front windows, took the old trim off the kitchen window, replaced the rotten sill and rewrapped the window. He removed the trim from around the patio door, framed it out and retrimmed. I am very pleased with the results. My handyman was there throughout the process and he was also very pleased"

"The salesman failed to show up for our appointment TWICE. The salesman guaranteed that the work would be done prior to the April 22nd lead paint abatement law and if they were late, they would pay for lead abatement. The windows did not arrive until two weeks after the deadline. They did not use proper lead abatement techniques when installing my windows. They mis-measured one of my windows and said they would get a replacement in right away. This has not happend and it has been over 6 weeks. The worst part is that the salesman guaranteed that these windows would qualify for the Federal tax credit, but they do not. I would never hire this company again due to their pushy sales practices and many broken promises.
The subcontractor who installed the windows was much better than . He was clean, professional, and I was comfortable with him in my home. I even hired him to do some additional work and was very happy with the results."
