Storage Facility reviews in Milwaukee

The guys on each move were great! On time, professional, careful, respectful.......the list goes on. I have used them in the past (20 years ago), and their service has only gotten better. Given all that we had then do and the large volume of items, they were incredibly careful and I've only found a few broken items. No damage to either home. The last two moves were on days in the 90's. .Would I reccomend them again? ABSO:UTELY! No service is perfect, but I must testify that

We rented storage at this facility. We arrived to open our unit and our lock was replaced. The staff wasn't sure why and said that "maybe" we were broken into, but if we were the staff was sure we had insurance. When we asked if there were security cameras that we could use to determine if we were broken into the staff said that the cameras were more of a deterrent and that the police wouldn't like them because the cameras would not provide the best pictures. When asked why we were not called regarding the break-in the staff had no answer. We are now working to move our things out of this facility as soon as possible. We should note that the staff was rude and not helpful.

My original move date was a very cold and snowy day. I called an hour after thy were to arrive to discover their trucks would not start. They told me they would be there in an hour. They arrived three hours after I called and never called me about the delay. Sent monthly checks for $150 for storage. In May 2009 I called to set up an appointment to get some of things out of storage. I had to tell them a time so thy could be ready for me. I showed up to the address I was sending checks and thought my things were stored to find there office shut down. A person in the parking lot said they had moved out a month before. No one was answering the phone number I had for them. A business in there original location gave me their new address. I went there. Waited over 30 minutes for them to access my stored items even though they had told me they would have it ready. When I asked if I would be compensated for the hassle and not being told my items were moved, I was told it cost him money to move my items so no. Finally had my items moved on

I told my insurance company, which in turn informed them. They arrived that same day - it was New Year?s Day, actually. They started on the work immediately. The insurance company paid for the work. They kept in touch with me almost on a daily basis. I would rate them highly.

Back in November 2011 there was a break in at this PS facility and my 19886 Porsche 944S, which I had bought while stationed in Germany, had the back window smashed. According to

's records they only attempted to notify twice over a period of one year. Once the day it happened and once about 6 months later. I do not ever recall getting a message but even if they did the manager told me they do not leave details about incidents. They simply state to call them back. When I was asked why he would not leave a detailed message I was told, "That's just what they tell me to do" If I had heard a VM stating that my back window was smashed I certainly would have taken it seriously. When I asked the manager why they had only tried calling twice over the past year I got a series of excuses basically about how he's too busy and "sometimes things slip through the cracks". In the mean time I've been paying to store my Porsche for about a year now, which has been rotting in the weather this entire time. And it's pretty much totaled as of this point. However, when my card which I used to make payments on had expired and had recieved numerous phone calls with detailed messages within a couple weeks about how they are not getting paid and will auction off my car if they don't recieve payment. Again I only missed one payment because my card had expired. When I had called them to update my billing information there was no mention about the damage to my vehicle. I only found out because I stopped in today to make sure it still starts up and take it for a little spin. I will certainly be contacting a lawyer and sewing
