Back in May of 2011, I had hired
to waterproof and install wall beams in a portion (North and East walls) of my basement. I re-hired them again in November of 2012 to perform additional work in the West area of my basement by removing the old drain tiles, installing new ones and pouring new concrete. As in the past, I was totally pleased with their professionalism, promptness, well-organized work plan and outstanding quality craftsmanship. Their perfect work, from both of these jobs, has withstood the passage of time as I have now witnessed a "water-free basement". Something that I thought would never happen again. I wish to compliment both
and his brother
for doing such a terrific job. The
work schedule was so efficient that this latest job was completed in just one day.
To this day, I still refer to
, owner of
, as "my diamond in the rough". Yes, he is that
good!!! And, when I am ready for additional work to be done at my home (i.e., garage floor, driveway, patio, etc.), I will
hire him yet again. I love my contractor
. He is the best in the whole wide world and,,,,,"you can put that in CONCRETE".

was very responsive to my requests for more information and special attention at various steps. My only point of discontent was that the line item for the carpeting was significantly inaccurate. (She missed the labor component for installation entirely, and didn't estimate for even mid-grade carpet.) On the whole, I was quite pleased with the work and the professionalism of
and her crew.
I love my new space and really enjoyed working with

We had water leaking from an upstairs stackable washer/dryer overnight and they were the first company to respond on a Saturday morning with the ability to send a crew with dehumidifiers and other necessary equipment to clean up existing water. We were very pleased with their response. Coincidentally, our homeowner's insurance had a good working relationship with this contractor which eased our concerns.
Where I became unhappy was when it got to scheduling the repairs. We admittedly had some vacations (including the morning of the water leak) planned that interfered with scheduling, but once we were ready to go, it seemed like we were less of a priority. Also, they have too many layers of management. I had to meet with a project manager to walk through everything beforehand and was my point of contact through the process. That isn't exactly a bad thing, but we never had more than one contractor in the house at a time. There were definitely steps in the repairs that more than one contractor could be scheduled for the day. That, to me, is what I would expect a project manager to be able to do. Instead our first floor and some parts of our basement remained in disarray for months. Furniture and decor were piled into any area that didn't have damage. It became annoying to see maybe 1 contractor in the course of a week. I would've done better scheduling/project management on my own.
The work they did do was ok. I had to have them return to tidy up the crown molding. If you look, you can still see where they drilled holes in the ceiling. I gave the painter all of the paint colors and products I used, but he seemed more intent on using whatever paint he had particularly for the ceiling. They insisted on having the floors refinished, but I called the company that refinished our floors 2 years ago for a 2nd opinion and they were certain the floors did not need to be redone.
I was happy in the beginning with their water remediation, but would probably use a different contractor for any other work in the future.

I used B&K for a complete bathroom remodel last year, and called Bahram again for this smaller job on a second bathroom. He sent one of his subs,

was finished to check everything out and make sure we were happy.
The vanity is situated between two walls, which are not square with the back wall, so it was a difficult job getting everything to fit -- in fact the countertop we were replacing had gaps between it and the walls.
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
did a great job of making it as square as possible, even recessing one side of the backsplash into the drywall, and carefully cutting the countertop at

to make it fit along the sides. He also offered to add shutoff valves under the sink when he discovered we didn't have them and would have to have the water turned off in the whole house all day while he did the work. He did this at no extra labor charge.

is friendly and professional and worked quickly. My only complaints were that he used white caulk around the countertop edges instead of the color-matched caulk it came with and he left some sawdust for me to vacuum up. All in all, we are happy with the work and thrilled with the updated look of our bathroom.

I was referred to Mr.
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
by a neighbor who was very pleased with his work. I called him on a Friday and he met with me on a Sunday, He listened and gave me a schedule of what had to be done in chronological order. The flooring, baseboards and drywall needed to be replaced, along with new insulation. The condo had to be re-painted as well. My condo is insured, but the insurance company was only willing to pay for half of what the restoration actually cost. Mr.
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
got involved at this point and we recovered the actual cost of the repair to the penny.
The drywall team, the carpenter, the painter and the flooring contractor were all experienced, efficient and meticulous. I was very pleased with the level of workmanship.
They were on schedule every step of the way. The communication with Mr.
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his contractors was great. Each person involved had an attention to detail. I was kept up to date on the progress of each project. We communicated almost daily.
My condo was uninhabitable because of the water damage and the team was very sensitive to my situation. It was important for the work to be done in a timely manner. Before I moved back in, Mr.
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
had my condo professionally cleaned.
I highly recommend Mr.
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his team to anyone that has any sort of remodel or restoration work. He has worked with his team for years and they respect each other and know the importance of working together for a positive outcome.
I could not be more satisfied!

They were at my house within a couple of hours of being called. It was late Friday afternoon when called. The gentleman boarded up the window, said he would clean all of the glass and took part of my window with him as he said the frame was broken and I would need a whole new window. Well for that 2 X 3 piece of plywood and cleaning up the glass INSIDE my house, I was charged over $400.00. As I discovered later, he DID NOT clean up any of the large or small pieces of glass outside my house and I have a dog that could have been seriously hurt by it. I never heard from the gentleman again, so he basically stole part of my window. My claims adjuster could not believe how much they were charging and tried to get them to come down in price but they refused. I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything. I believe they are connected to

Restoration as the gentleman was driving one of their vans.

called on

30 to cancel an appointment for
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
2, 2014 that had been scheduled the prior week. He said he needed to go over things to make sure it was work he would do. Bottom line was he was not interested in providing an estimate for work on a home I did not yet own. He said he had spent too much time and money doing estimates that that bank would later decided they would not finance. I reminded
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
that on Angies' List he said he did free estimates and he said he would only do an estimate if I would pay him for his time.

What went right. Nick did well on his plumbing.
What went wrong. Nick failed to match doors whatsoever. Doors were a color that you would have to be colorblind to allow to remain because they clearly do not match surround trim. He cut on doors bought off shelf to make fit as opposed to special ordering. Got them from menards instead of Lisbon Storm and Door like he stated he did. When he took out the old tub there was a large gap between the old tub and new tubs footprint and he threw down some mortar(which is really what it looks like) and cut up old pieces of white tile( the floor is blue tile). Kitchen countertop is peeling up because it was a
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
shelf item and not a special order. Painted with a paint plus primer which is a cheap
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
practice not a professional painter practice. Oh, did I mention that the doors were originally birch and he replaced with oak even after I told him the y were birch. I am from TX and not a native Milwaukee resident, many of the homes here were done with birch and you cant tell me he did not know this. Birch is far more expensive and a special order which, of course, our cheap contractor nick probably knew. Did not even touch the garage. Did not touch the
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
pointing. Exterior doors needed replacing and now instead we have enormous amounts of cold air coming in home. Do not touch this guy with the longest pole you can have special made. Kitchen was like the doors. THE WRONG COLOR!
Email me for pics of the guys work and I will be glad to share.

Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very responsive unlike many other contractors I called, including the use of email and texts. She was able to corral several subs to get the work done on time and for a reasonable price. I liked her method of bringing all the subs on a single day to walk though the project together before bidding. The interaction between all the skill sets uncovered many potential problems and surprising solutions before work started.

I'm really happy with the customer service and quality of windows that
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
provided. I never felt pressured to make a decision and
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the owner, gave me all the info necessary to help me decide what kind of windows would fit my needs. The installers were polite, professional and did a great job cleaning up after the windows were put in. The cold weather has come (it's 20 degrees while I'm writing this) and I can tell that these windows are doing a much better job of keeping the heat in and also adding beauty to my home. I will recommend
Milwaukee Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to my family and friends.
