"We have used MANY times and have always been satisfied
with their work. they have done total remodel jobs for us in more than
one house over the years, however we feel that their prices are a little
on the high side and their clock in and clock out times were a little
inaccurate. Our last business with them was the installation of a
standard toilet which we got billed for over $600.00 !!!! we were in
shock! apparently when the plumber went to lunch mid job. . . he never
clocked out. He also didnt bring the right parts (which are standard
parts he should have had in his truck) to install the toilet and had to
go back to the shop to get them which was also "on the clock". Being
loyal customers in the past we called and questioned the cost and they
were happy to fix the issue and the price was greatly reduced for us,
along with a much needed apology. They are a good company and do good
work, and are very punctual (when they say the will be there at 2. . .
they are there AT 2). but we just felt wronged by the last bill, even
after they fixed it, it was just sort of insulting seeing as how much
work we have hired them out for in the past. I will use them again if we
cant find anyone better, but for now im shopping around."

"I had two done, if I only had one done it would have been $406.00. The faucets together came to $650.00. The old corroded faucets were removed prior to the installation of the new ones. He waived the trip charge of $69.00. He gave me another discount of $100.00 because I bought the 2nd faucet. On top of that I got a 10% discount ($55.00) off for being an Angie's List member. I am very pleased with this is the third time I have used this company. They have also installed a water heater and a sub pump for me. He does wonderful and excellent work."

"During a home purchase, our
inspection revealed a faulty expansion tank on the furnace. We wrote
into our purchase agreement that the seller would fix the expansion
tank. The sellers had come out and do an inspection on the
expansion tank. They
replaced a relief valve and a temperature gauge and charged $570 for it,
but they didn't replace the expansion tank, and claimed that the
expansion tank was working fine. I called and told them that this
was an important point, and had come up during the home inspection, and
were they sure?? Ultimately
they signed on the company letterhead that the expansion tank was fine,
so we had no further recourse.
As soon as we moved in, it turned out
that the expansion tank was NOT OK!! Their technician, , came out
and this time confirmed that it needed to be replaced! He told me it
would cost
less than $500 to replace it, as he had done one just yesterday. He
also found a different plumbing issue with our third floor heating, and
told me that would cost $300. Finally
we got the quote from and she wanted us to pay $1130 to
replace the expansion tank, and $640 to correct the plumbing,
essentially double what their technician had told me it would cost! "To
be generous" she offered to take $300 off that. Since they had legally
vouched, under their company letterhead, that the expansion tank was
working fine (I have a copy to prove it), I expected them to do it for
free, or at least at a reasonable price! Instead my experience
revealed that their pricing is meant to gouge the customer. This is
work for which they
legally signed off--claimed that it did not need to be done, and
therefore enabled the purchase to go through without the seller's
covering it. When I complained, , the company president hung up on
me after yelling
" me!"
Ultimately, I called heating and plumbing to come and
replace the expansion tank, and fix the 3rd floor plumbing. They did
the work, and the total came to $376. Compare that to the $1770 that
wanted to charge me (about 5x the price!), and you get a sense of
the honesty of . I strongly recommend avoiding this company at
all cost!

"The plumber cleared the clog but suggested that he only needed to go about 20 feet past the obstruction because when he flushed the lateral with water everything appeared to be fine. A few days later I found out that the plumber only partially cleared the lateral when we started to use the sinks/toilets and sewage starting backing up from the basement floor drain. I contacted and explained what had happened and they told me that sewer cleaning work was not warranted and the problem might be something new or unrelated to the previous problem. After explaining why I thought they were responsible for the new problem I ended up calling another plumber (ABC Sewer) who completely cleared the lateral as I requested. Because two rooms of carpet were ruined by this situation I intend to pursue this matter further with . And I now know to ask specific questions about warranty work instead of simply accepting the fact that a company advertises that they guarantee their work (because it may only be on specific items)."

"Good. The tech provided a couple of options about getting access to plumbing components. I didn't want the adjoining bedroom wall opened up. Fortunately, the plumber was able to perform repair without damanging bedroom wall. I was so pleased with the end result."

" came in to clean up and repair the mess made by another plumber, - and they did a great job. They were professional, they let us know why what went wrong went wrong and they repaired the damage quickly, and for a good, reasonable, and well explained price. We had a problem with our bathtub drain - another plumber 'fixed' it so that it stopped leaking but the next day we saw that it was leaking more than ever, this time just through the pipes and into the basement. 's people understood the problem, fixed it, and they cost us less than the first guy who made a disaster."

"We hired to fix a problem with our bathtub and our sink, in our downstairs duplex. We got his number from someone we trusted, and called, and called us back the next day. He and his team where professional while here. However, the next day the leak was back under the kitchen sink and we had a new leak from the bathtub all the way to the basement!! (water was coming into our basement from the kitchen and bath!!) After paying what felt like an "premium" price for real shoddy work (one that actually caused more aggravated problems) we decided to call another plumber. We called asking for the reimbursement for the additional costs of repair - especially since one of the leaks had been caused by his work (he used a defective part), but he denied and only offer $50. At this point, we will never use his services again, and would like the full cost of the second plumber reimbursed! He may be polite, but he just didn't get the job done or offer a real solution to a compromised."

"He did a very good job and was a very pleasant guy. We really liked him. It was a good plumbing job. His price was very competitive with everyone else. We wanted some specific things and he got them for us. We went through a lot of hassles trying to look at water heaters and finally the one he got us was a very good one and we were very pleased with it."

"I contacted several plumbers and he by far was the least expensive and he did out standing job. He has done other plumbing work for me following the issue about and I have always been more th an satisfied with his prices and his work."

" was courteous, professional and addressed all three issues within two and a half hours. He replaced the broken pipe with PVC so we do not need to worry about it rusting through. While we expected he would need to replace the shower faucets with new fixtures, he found we had been sold two hot water faucet cartridges some years ago and he just replaced both with newer, correct, cartridges. After he cleared the lavatory drain, he offered hints to help prevent it in the future."
