"Sandy is so nice, and (my dog) took to her right away. We left in her care for an hour or so, and when we came back, was happy and looked so nice. All of her mats were gone and she was sparkling. "I called on a Friday and was surprised I could get in for a Saturday appointment the very next day. The person who answered my call was so nice and professional. I took my dog in at 9:00 and could not believe he was done by 9:40! What service! The itchy dry pet treatment was an oatmeal anti-itch shampoo followed by a warm towel soak with hot oil treatment. ...more I can't believe how soft and shiny my dog's coat is! When I picked up my dog, I was given a report on how he did (which was nice to know). Also, the bandanna was so cute on him that I took several pictures. Lastly, the best part was the price. Even with the special treatment, their price was about $10 cheaper than the last place I was going. The pet spa is quite out of the way for me, but I will DEFINITELY be taking my baby there again. "The groomer did an outstanding job. Better than any groomer we have had in S. Milwaukee area. The schnauzer cuts were perfect and the dogs came home happy as clams. They accommodated a last minute request for an appointment and the overall fee charged was reasonable."

"It was great - my dog looked so beautiful when I picked him up (and stayed that way for a few weeks). They are very professional groomers and also seem to enjoy their work. They were very accommodating about drop-off and pick-up times. The actual service took about 3 hours, but I couldn't pick him up until later and he was well-cared for in my absence."
